RPO Kolkata — Passport not renewed even after 2.5 months

Dear Sir,
I applied for renewal of my passport on[protected] but still it has not been renewed-
File Reference Number : CAL-B[protected]
> Application Date :[protected]
> Applicant's Name : MOHAMMAD TAUQEER KHAN
> Applicant's Date of Birth :[protected]

The police says that they have already submitted the report 2 weeks back. however status shows "Police report not received".

Would you please expedite the process. My visa process for IBM Canada is pending because of the same.
