Ryan International School — Not providing Transfer certificate

Address: Surat, Gujarat

My son was studying in Ryan International School ICSE board Dumas road.This year i shifted him to other school, but the principal of this school is not providing me with transfer certificate and my son's admission in other school might be cancelled because of this delay.I don't know whom to complain so that the principal may issue the same at his earliest.

In new panel their is one issue compulsory campus which amount 13000 Rs arround.And also behavior of principal is not good to parrent.pleasE allow to children not compulsory and watch behavior of principal.
