I am writing to bring to your attention the extremely poor condition of the road just outside the school premises. The road is completely broken and filled with potholes. During the rainy season, water accumulates in these potholes, creating mud and making it extremely difficult and unsafe for students to walk or commute to school.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Ryan International School, Mohali, regarding their failure to refund the fees I have paid in advance for my son's education. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue directly with the school, I have not received a satisfactory response or the promised refund.

I initially enrolled my son at Ryan International School, Mohali, but later decided to transfer him to Ryan International School, Ghaziabad. During this process, I paid the March 2024 tuition fees, bus fees, and caution money to Ryan International School, Mohali. Unfortunately, despite numerous follow-ups and emails, the school has not initiated the refund process for these fees.

I have repeatedly contacted the school administration, but my requests have been ignored. I am now compelled to seek intervention from the Consumer Forum to address this issue. The details of my payments are as follows:

Tuition Fees for March 2024: 4550
Bus Fees:1950
Caution Money: 550
I have attached the fee slip for your reference. This is my third email regarding this matter, and I must emphasize the urgency of my request. The school’s failure to respond or refund the fees has caused significant inconvenience and financial strain.

I request the Consumer Forum to take immediate action to ensure that Ryan International School, Mohali, refunds the fees I am rightfully owed. Additionally, I seek compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused by the school's negligence.

I sincerely hope that the Consumer Forum will address my complaint promptly and ensure that justice is served.

I got transferred from bangalore to mangalore, tried to seek admission in ryan school, but was looking for a flat near by to that school, told the same to admin, till i find a flat will not pay fees but she pressurized me to pay fees immediately to avail the discounts, if i don't pay i will not get discounts so paid 12 k, said remaining will pay after i get the flat, till not dint find a suitable flat near by to school so told them to cancel the admission n refund the fees which they r refusing, saying that its non refundable fees. Can u pls help me refund my fees, its a request. Thanks

Hi ! I have taken TC for the transfer of my daughters from Ryan International School, Sector 49, Chandigarh on 19th Feb 2024 and since than following up for the caution money refund INR 500*2=1000. However to my surprise school administration is never bother to reply on my emails sent since than on the email id - RIS.[protected]@ryangroup.org. Would like to highlight here school administration never bother to reply on the emails of parents...

Ryan is for all round develop ment but in ryan-nalsopra it is not coming up like this athletic coach is very much interested to give training for selected students and to all who are interested in athletics inspite of charging activity fees from parents svhool management is not providing all the activity advantage to kids.Thisi snot hte first time they are adjusting with the school activities alwys there is a same scene every year.If complaint about it they just assure you but problems remains the same .Kids are not getting all round develeopment .Pl dnt charge fee for the activity or change ur logo of ryan or else change management.Its always poor management.For marathi subject kids only getting notes and that too teachers finishing 2 topics in a day no proper practice of the language is done.It is very difficult to kids to understand the topic end of the day they dnt know what have been taught in class.Please consider this on urgent basis and do soe actions.Ryan school name is getting worst day by day.

The PT teacher of Ryan International Academy Horamavu Bangalore has been abusing kids by beating them and pinching ears. My son complained of severe pain and he has a mark. This is unacceptable. Someone please take action regarding this.

This is regarding my son who was admitted to grade 1 this year. Since day one we faced severe issues with the school and the management. My son was taken away in the school bus without parents consent to some unknown area, and the management asked us to look for him by ourselves. The principal and admin literally said we are not responsible. After we ourselves found him, the bus driver asked to come to some unknown area to pick him up.. all this happened on the first day of school. When we voiced out this issue, my son was targeted by the teachers. He was illtreated. Despite complaining about this to the principal, nothing changed. His books were never completed neither the teacher signed any class work. On a daily basis our son's books went missing and books weren't given on purpose. Teachers calling my son with deteriorating words such as dumb, mentality I'll. Also always making him sit behind and asking his classmates to not talk to him. This has taken a toll on him and finally we decided to move my son. All this happened within ten days of school. Unprofessional teaching staff, unqualified teachers who are bringing down the school. Now the management is unwilling to refund the fees. Please note: there hasn't been a teacher since July first week. We have proof for all that is stated above. Also regarding the teaching, all the students are facing the same issue.

I had enrolled my child in ryan international for class 11 ISC in goregaon Mumbai but later i wanted to withdraw the admission as i was getting admission in a better school, but as i said them to cancel the admission and return my 10, 000 rupees which I paid as the admission fees they just reply by saying we will revert back and they haven't yet and it's already been 2 weeks, i had also send them the receipt and everything but they would not reply when i said them i will take the legal route they started removing my fault

Route 2 bus dint come on the starting day in Hyderabad branch ., almost 1 hour parents waited and after calling to management, we were informed to drop to school which was highly disappointing
No proper plan made atleast for the start day of the school

I am having experience about the quality of education of Ryan International School since 12+ years as a parent. My kids are roam from Navi Mumbai to Mumbai to Bangalore and finally Noida.
I got transfer by 2021 at Noida and as usual I put my kids in Noida Branch.
I am really regretting on my decision for put by both kids in such worst educational institute.
The school management is worst. Teachers are really not teaching in class and put all undone work as home task. Rude behavior of the teachers ( presume all frustrated housewife's are in job as teacher having no sympathy or empathy for the students) slowly turn my daughter towards school refusal symptom. She is traumatize.
Today Hindi mam (Alka) misbehaved with my daughter and this went to extreme.
I try to call the concerned teacher, she refused to even take the call and talk with me.

School management is not working properly they are not helping parents to resolve issues regarding school portal app and supervisor ms.sangeeta always behave very rude with parents never helps to resolve the issues always makes the reasons .we parents having issues in portal app since one month and we have complained about it by mail, calls, verbally but no proper actions have taken every time they told every parents that we receive any complaint regarding portal you are the only one parent who are complaining.Ryan Nalasopra getting worst day by day .

We brought books from school, but we didn't buy notebooks from school as we have rights to do this according to CBSC OR GOVT.
But i think Ryan principal dont know this ..

Refused to check my child's note book because of its cover colour even notebooks are properly covered with name slip..she is interested in colour or can say business of school but not in child's hardwork, homework, classwork.
And she missbehaved with my child front of her classmates..
We will not bear this at all and will complaint in CBSC office tomarrow ..
Last year my child books exercises didn't check by her teachers and when i complained about it to vice principal than only they hv checked in last of year ..is this Ryan's school...
So kindly teach your teachers what to do, and what is important for Child..
And vice principal is saying this is our protocol..

My daughter My Ward Swastika Swarnkar was studying in class VIth A. Every month i am depositing the fee amount. But Rs. 5, 000 I have submitted in school's account via bar code. I have all the documents related to transaction. They are unable to solve this issue.

This complaint against Ryan International school Indor, During PTM meeting teacher Ms Pallavi use abuse my child as abnormal child & not study in higher class. My I know through this compliant that these words use by teacher are follow indian law. If no then please take necessary action.

My son is studying in Ryan School ( Navi Mumbai), on the name of School field trip they extract exhorbidant amount & everyone in class told trip is compulsory.

My question to management is while you are not taking any responsibility for any unfortunate event why yo are forcing parents to send on trip on compulsory ?

Again transporter {Dharmendra ([protected]) + Stephen} are showing their power/attitude for my daughter drop point issue and denying to drop at current location from 1st April, 2023 (Class 1 student).

Last year, on the same problem/issue I did complaint in this forum and they immediately agreed for my daughter drop point after chasing them over a month. From 1st, April, 2023 onwards they are denying to drop my daughter at the current location (Guru Ravidas Mandir - J Block Kalkaji, New Delhi) at their own wish/ arrogance which is not acceptable to us as a parent and as family of Ryan Group and there is no issue for them as they are currently dropping my daughter since last 1 year on same location.

Again I am appealing here with my folding hands to ask them to co-operate with parents and accept our request at said drop point. Otherwise we have to withdraw admission from the reputed / excellence Ryan International School Vasant Kunj, because of transporter negligence/misbehave. Please review transporter agreement for their purpose/commitment and due deligence etc.

I will also make sure to meet with Dr. Ryan Pinto at least once in my life to raise this transporter concern and harassment. Which is denting to the Ryan group reputation.

My daughter has secure two consecutive academic excellence awards since last 2 years in this school and we are very happy with this school culture and the way they are teaching to my daughter. Every time we felt honour to be a family of Ryan group but such incident (transports attitude/behavior approach) makes us shame or disappoint us on our decision.

We have also sent a letter to school (Principal mam) on 4th March, 2023 but no return confirmation received from the school officials.

Hi my son is going in the Ryan international school, Noida extension since last one year. He usually going to the school by a private van. Today at dispersal time my son is waiting at the reception area for more than 1 hour and no one is knowing about this neither his class teacher . Our so worried continuously calling to the class teacher to the one driver but no one is answering, call another Mam and my call and then she started searching my son, after 15 minutes the van driver however find my son and call me and take him to the home. Just he arrived at home his section head Swati Goswami called me up and she started yelling at me, she is very rude and loud, sea foods all the blame to the Van vendor and we, so disappointing I just wanted your team to take a legal action against her this is not a right kind of behaviour to do with someone who is already crying and worried. On 4 feb.childŕen of global tower requested global tower security to pluck tender mangoes and so he loves children as they are the leaders of tomorrow. The security plucked 2 or 3 tender mangoes which were in global towers premises and not ryan schools property and distributed to those children. The next day a tall black guy, security of ryan schooĺ started giving dirty badwords upon mother of global tower security and tried to raise hand.Global tower would have called for police which would have been bad impression to school.so he complaint to ryan school madam, but she supported that rowdy security, which ryan school supports rowdism, instead that security must be fired. Global tower premises is not of ryan school property. If he doesn't gets fired then this will be in every social media along with cc footage

I took a mid year transfer for my son as I have to shift from Delhi to Mohali. We took admission in Ryan international school sector 66 Mohali on Jan 12th and paid for both my son's. A total of 25500+20500 as admission fee, however, they took a sum of 25500, 25500 and 20500 from my account, by saying it as a technical issue they deducted a payment of 25500 twice from my account. Later, due to some medical issues we asked them to only process Admission for one of my son, this happened even before generating any admission number or so. They said, they won't be able to refund the admission fee, even when admission wasn't processed. We later agreed on adjusting the amount 20500 for quarterly fee and with transport. The issue is the another figure of 25500 which they took twice without our consent, I am constantly reaching out to the school authorities but I only get answers like it will take 2 months, waiting for approval etc. despite it was their fault of charging my account twice. On top of that the school is regularly harassing with the Transport, they are refusing to drop my ward to home. I am not able to understand the culture of this school. The worse nightmare of my life so far, taking admission to Ryan international. They are just money Minded people.
