Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Ryan International School, Mohali, regarding their failure to refund the fees I have paid in advance for my son's education. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue directly with the school, I have not received a satisfactory response or the promised refund.
I initially enrolled my son at Ryan International School, Mohali, but later decided to transfer him to Ryan International School, Ghaziabad. During this process, I paid the March 2024 tuition fees, bus fees, and caution money to Ryan International School, Mohali. Unfortunately, despite numerous follow-ups and emails, the school has not initiated the refund process for these fees.
I have repeatedly contacted the school administration, but my requests have been ignored. I am now compelled to seek intervention from the Consumer Forum to address this issue. The details of my payments are as follows:
Tuition Fees for March 2024: 4550
Bus Fees:1950
Caution Money: 550
I have attached the fee slip for your reference. This is my third email regarding this matter, and I must emphasize the urgency of my request. The school’s failure to respond or refund the fees has caused significant inconvenience and financial strain.
I request the Consumer Forum to take immediate action to ensure that Ryan International School, Mohali, refunds the fees I am rightfully owed. Additionally, I seek compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused by the school's negligence.
I sincerely hope that the Consumer Forum will address my complaint promptly and ensure that justice is served.
