[Resolved] Refrigerator Kelvinator (Model No. 180 L Kd 185B - A) — not working | |||
Dear Sir, This is to draw your kind attention that I had purchased a Refrigerator of KELVINATOR make (Model No.180L KD 185B-A) on 23 JAN 2009 from Naresh Appliances, 102, M.G. Road, Puducherry – 605 001 and since then this machine has been giving trouble like, improper cooling, insulation problem, fan problem etc. For the past one month my refrigerator is not giving proper cooling and I have complained to the Authorised Service centre, the machine has been assessed by the VG Customer Service Authorised service centre of M/s. Sree Susmee Electronics No. 126, Kandhappa Mudaliar Street, Puducherry. The Service Engineer had approached our residence on dated 28 March 2010 and checked the refrigerator and stated that the gas has to be refilled in the refrigerator and around Rs. 1000/- will be the service charge. But the same was not rectified by the same engineer and he left house stating about these expenditure. Till 20 April 2010 the engineer didn’t visited back to my residence. We regularly contacted the Service centre but we have not received any proper response from the service centre finally on 20 April 2010 another service engineer visited my residence and checked my refrigerator and he stated some other problem which was so contradictory from the previous service engineer’s statement and he stated an expenditure around Rs.3000/-. Finally he said that it can be reduced to Rs. 2500/. Being a customer we were totally confused with the contradictory statement by both the engineers and huge variation in the servicing charges too. In this regards I need a proper explanation for these contradictory statement from your good office and also the rectification of my refrigerator. As I am working as an Vocational Instructor in the VRC, Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt. of India, Puducherry, So that, I requested one of our senior Instructor of AC and Refrigerator of Men ITI, Puducherry to identified the actual fault in my refrigerator. During his assessment he stated that the major problem is due to the compressor of my refrigerator only. Hence he suggested me to launch a complaint regarding this to your good organisation and he stated that the compressor is having warranty for five years, so that the company can change the same in free of cost. As I am a working women and the refrigerator is more essential for me and I am facing the regular problem with this refrigerator. So that I make a humble request to your good office to take up this matter immediately and kindly resolve my problem as earliest as possible. Thanking you! S 180 — Regarding not working of Refrigerator
Dear sir,We have given complaint to Akash Stores in Bilaspur Chhattisgarh about the faluring of refrigerator on 2nd AUg. 2008.
Today service engineer had come for checking the refrigerator. After checking he has told that wehave been see it tomorrow because we have not time for checking taday.
In this situation what can I do ? Please see this matter seriously.
