To, The Chief General Manager Customer care dept. Reserve Bank of India Mumbai Dear sir Subject: - Pls refer to my loan H/L a/c [protected] S.B.I. Bareilly that a take over loan from I.C.I.C.I. Bank Bareilly U.P. Sir, due to higher rate of intrest when I have decided to change my H/L Bank I have seen that SBI is big nationalized bank in India and some public persons also recommended S.B.I. bank for H/L so I contact S.B.I. bank at Zonal Office Bareilly. Where I got Mr. Amit Kapoor as marketing executive and Mr. Shiv Kumar as servair and Mr. Agarwal as concern clerk he told me that by some formalties I will got take over my loan from present bank to SBI and here I will got a very attractive scheme known as max gold. So I produce my all documents and seurity to your bank and started to make rounds to your great Bank and after very long period near about 6-7 months I have got the loan amount of 419000/-Rs. As take over and reparing loan. They have cut near 16000/-Rs. As insurance but I have not got any detail/policy/receipt of same after some time when I went to my A/C SBI branch and asked to deposite more money in my account to avail the facilities of max gold scheme there bank staff told me that your loan amount is less than 500000/-Rs so by this resgion we can not provide max gold scheme to your account than I have contected to Mr. Amit Kapoor and asked him about this he stated that it was my falt so Pls. excuse me. Dear sir, the valuation of property is over than 2000000/-Rs and my track record is also very good having good paying capacity than too your bank neither told me the right facts and not provided satisfactory services due to this reason I am suffering from very big financial loss. Sir I have send above information/letter to customer care S.B.I. by E-mail but after a very long period I have not got any response/reply from S.B.I. so lastly I am sending this information for your action. It is therefore requested that please directed to S.B.I. to provide me max gold facilities along with policy details as earlier possible. C.C. 1- General Manager S.B.I. Sir,
With reference to above mention subject My loan account no [protected]. I am taken home loan month septmber, 2010 from hawa sarak branch for jda plot purchase. My actual processing fee 2000/-rupees only but racpc, jaipur recovery processing 7500/- from my saving account [protected]. so please refund my addition recovery processing fee 5500/- as soon as possible.
