[ S K Enterprise Mr Rajeev Shah / Sanjay +[protected], 26742719 +(91)-[protected], [protected] Rom 666, Near Oshwar Signal Adarsh Nagar, New Link Road, Vile Parle W, Mumbai - 400056 ] They are Complete frauds. Come home to collect cash, Maids keeps rotating for few days short time. Does not fulfill the vacancy on time and now does not refund, does not take phone calls. more than 6 months of harassment and promises. Once the money is taken, they turn out to be not only cheat but very rude to their clients... Rajiv is horrible, sanjay ( owner ) is horrible.... I have had the exact same experience with them. At the time of sign up they claim they will refund 75% of the registration amount if they are unable to find a maid. Send somebody immediately to pick up the money and after that they just don't send quality maids. I too followed up for 6 months for my refund with the same results of the owner sanjay talking very rudely etc. I think the intention is to take the money with false promises and then make the customer follow up like mad for return of the money. I even threated to go to CGSI with a complaint but sanjay's attitude was that he didn't care.

Dear Sirfew months back i have purchased a water purifier in installments on cash down payment of 3000Rs and eight cheques of amount 800rs per month.
the water purifier is not a original company product it is a assembled machine.
after 1 month it got some problem with it when i call them they told me that tomorrow their serviceman will come and repair it but till date no one came to repair it so i didn't pay them for the rest when they call me i told them to first repair the machine or return my fund which i have gave them but he refuse to do this and now its over 2 months of their machine in non working position's.
when i call them they used abusive words to my family people.
they have done the same thing to me. i have paid them 5000 in dec 2011. they assured me they would find a maid for me in 5000 per month salary bracket. now it has been 6 months and they still have not refunded my money and have not sent a single maid for even an interview to me. their excuse is that it is impossible to find a maid in 5000 rs. they keep promising to refund but they have no intentions to do so. rajiv is absolutely useless and shah babu is freakish and completely ill mannered in his speech. i think an fir needs to be filed immediately. 5000 rs is not a relevant amount however their morals and business transaction ways are utterly illegal.
i plan to file an fir with the malabar hill police station on ridge road next to hanging garden by the end of may 2012 for sure (in the next one week). it would help shut down their business once and for all if others went to malabar police station and supported the same fir. the police inspectors at this particular police station are honest and decent and the least corrupted and if you request them to see the fir filed against s k enterprises specifically rajiv and shah babu they will definitely help.
