[Resolved] Sabarmati Gas Ltd — Refusing to accept new Gas connection application by the Branch Manager, Sabarmati Gas Ltd, Unjha for PNG connection in Unjha for residential use. | |||
Dear Sir, We refer to our application no. 74271, dated 18.04.2011 for PNG connection to our resident at Unjha with cheque of Rs. 5160.00, HDFC BANK LTD, cheque no. 376940. We have applied for above said connection considering the connection will be done in month or two. But it was delayed for more than five month and we had to shift to Ahmedabad for our personal reasons. So we applied for cancellation on of our above application for connection of PNG (There was no connection or pipe fitting was done). For which we received the refund of Rs. 5000.00 on 06-sep-2011, Cheque no. 001768, from Sabarmati Gas Ltd. We now have requirement of PNG connection for which we went to Unjha office of Sabarmati Gas Ltd for new application as new applicant. The branch Manager of Sabarmati Gas Ltd, Unjha has denied to take our application form from us giving the reasons that we are not allowed to take your application. We requested him several times to accept our application along with fees currently assessable, but he denied accepting our application with only information that we cannot take your application. They Dont come on time to solve the problem
Even When We call to Marketiong Representaive they Dont accept the complain
Maintanance Head Doesnt Come with Proper knowledge
They called labour to fix the Problem ( Mr. Bharatbhai)
Actually When when we are late for dome reasopn to Pay the due bill
the Sabarmati charges us Panelty
You should look back for your Employees
Kindly give them proper training
