Dear sir,
I have paid all bill as per your site and applied for temporary disconnection as per attached enclosures. Why previous delayed balance 46 rs, show in latest bill even though temporary disconnection applied. My customer id as given below. One bill is remaining as per your information which was not shown on line bill also. Please solve complainon 14 /07 2017.

Sir,
As per my old complain you have displayed on view today on site pay ment will be done within 31 05 2017 it is already expired which is your mistake, which is shown enclosure. Also information written bill late payment charges will be included in next bill. (Rs. 150/-) why i will pay late bill amount bill is not displayed by your mistake. I should not paid any late fee, and temporary disconnection already appplied before any bill will be displayed. Please connect the gas connection.

Late fee will be reduced 150 rs. For 160 rs. Bill amount which is too higher for any customer... Please my suggestion always late fee will be 30 rs. For any customer as per geb bills...

    I am trying to pay online my gas bill for month of mar-april:17, but since 10-05-17 i received sms for bill on my mobile but website bill not shown.

    Please update as soon as web site before sending sms to customer.

    Customer trying to pay same day but website pay not updated before due date.

      I had applied for alteration of Gas connection and paid the amount asked by company on 20 march 2017 but till today they are not taking my request of alteration request. As I am going to renovate my kitchen I asked them several times for their quick service but they are not in mood of listening to me please help me more details are in photo of bill

      I am trying to pay online payment but it is not done. Our prime minister Mr.Narendra Modiji R highly prefer to pay through digital but no upgradation is found under such semi govt organisation. U should take immediate action on this to facilitate for customers to get payment quickly.

        I am a customer and i want a new gas line connection and i visited my nearest office kudasan, gandhinagar. I am asking to your branch officer for give me a new gas line connection form at home for for filling that form but your office don't give me form and a owner of that house is not able to come your Branch office.

        Please personally pay your attention on this matter. I hope you give me reply as soon as possible.

          We have paid Rs. 120 on 21th July 2016 for temporary disconnection . Our service no.[protected] j.m.patel) at koba. Still no auction has been taken from you . Still we r getting Bill with charges for this connection.
          We will not pay this bill.
          We called many times but no replay from you.

          I am using application like phone pay, free recharge, paytm and all that sabar mati gas Ltd not registered it's difficult for north gujarati person to pay online transaction make easy no need to wait in row and visit your office to pay just bill

            Hello

            I have not received my gas bill since a long time like 8 months, my meter number is 15646571.
            I do not have my customer id also.
            I need all my bill till date.
            Please resolve this issue as soon as possibe.
            I need all details of how to settle my bill, i shall not be responsible if i do not get my bill on time am ready to pay. Its your responsibity to provide bills.

              Dear sir
              I have gave a cheque for my gas bill to your talod office branch at sabarkantha district and he gave me a receipt for this and he missing or stole my cheque to disturb me for this and after he said give me another cheque till 21july otherwise i disconnect your connection and still he does not accept and he still do not feel for appology and he behave with very bad manners and said that i am surely disconnected your gas connection.

                I already generate id for online bill pay in sabarmati gas, but few months a site not responding well, i pay my last bill but not received payment receipt by mail, and try to check it from site, a site not open and take more time, every day i trying to open this site to check my last bill details, but site not open quickly and and i not able to view my bills details, so i realy very harassed by this site.
                Sabarmati Gas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                I am customer of Sabramati Gas.i had payment through imobile app and selected wrong company name gspc instead of Sabramati Gas and amount already deducted from my account.
                All necessary documents will be provide at GSFC A'BAD ASAP.

                    I application for new gas line on march-2016. Payment credit on sabarmati gas on date 19.03.2016 rs.1667.00. After one month i inform for sabarmati gas branch kalol office.

                      I have booked complaint on 10.04.16 for leakage of png gas from the on-off valve under the meter.my complaint I'd is 9137.my customer I'd is 22975 at unjha.
                      More than 24 hrs completed, but till then my complaint is not resolved .so Pl do need full for urgent solution.it is very much risky & dangerous.

                        I would like to inform you that my customer id # is[protected] abbas ali g.Kazi from last 2/3 billing periods i feel my gas bills amount is coming so high against my usage of gas, because in my society so many families using the sabarmati gas and comparatively their use of gas is more then mine but their gas bills amounts are so low then my bill so i think some foult or leakage in my gas line or some other difficulty in my line, so request you to send your technician and check there is any problem or not.If you are not giving me any solution the i have to close my gas line .So request you to do the needful

                          I have a new gas line to my house but sabermati made a mistake not punching a hole in myline from their line when they made connection. its been a month, I've been trying to gas in my house but lot of promises from dozens of people, from engineers to top level people, they are in Adalaj, gandhinagar n Kalol. I am senior citizen n also NRI without hot water or kitchen right now, they all promised they would resolve this problem by 8th n now they are saying it would be 14th of November. What kind of people are these. They've lied every otherday about them coming to fix but still have not come. its been 1 month and 5 days.someone on higher level needs to look into this matter seriously.

                              Dear sir, we have a connection upto my kitchen, but we don't have any gas in the line, when they put a pipeline to my house, they forgot to punch a hole from street gas line to my line where it connects to house line, I have been trying to get someone out here for 20 days, they are everyday telling me it will be done next day, so far its been 20 days, how long do I have to wait to get my gas on? They are giving me different phone number to call, please help, I am fed up NRI and very frustrated with sabermati gas company.

                                      Hello sir, I have a domestic connection of Sabarmati gas Ltd. and since last two time I get much bill than usual. Company check through it's perarla metre and my metre moves higher than companies. But now company denied to solve my problem and give refund.

                                        And my consumer number is 66771 .

                                        I have not recieved single bill till date ..Kindly take necessary action if bill not issued within in very short time. Also show us the way / law if company ask us to pay 36 month bill immediatly.

                                        We need the installment of equal month of bill not paid..
