SABKA BAZAAR — Authorising payment without verification of signature on Debit card
Dear Sir,My name is Vinay Mathur S/O Shri S.S Mathur R/O 33-D,POCKET F,GTB ENCLAVE DELHI 110093. I am having HDFC debit card no.[protected] .The card was lost on 03/01/2010 at 3.30PM at Shalimar Garden Extn2,Sahibabad,Ghaziabad.The complaint and blocking of card was done at 5PM to HDFC bank.
But at 4PM somebody made purchase at Sabka Bazar outlet at B15,Shalimar Garden Extn2,Sahibabad,Ghaziabad.The payment was approved without verification of signature. The receipt number is 21367 and payment authorising code is 610321.Had the persons in Sabka Bazar outlet been serious in their duties and verified the signature before approving the payment, this would not have happened. Due there negligence I lost rs.5000.
I request you to take up the matter and help me getting my hard earned money; I hope you will oblige me in this.

SABKA BAZAAR — cancellation of bill
the authorities at sabka bazaar, sector 16, faridabab dened to the request of cancelling my bill of 274 rupees after the mistake in bill .they even denied me refund of the money which i gave them before bill. there was no responsible authority to help me
