We had purchased a 2 cartons of Nestle milk from Sahakari Bhandar - Agar Bazaar, Dadar-W and requested home delivery. When this did not happen within 7 days we enquired and were informed that the delivery had taken place. The Customer Service person and officials concerned insisted that the consignment had been delivered but Sahakari Bhandar has no verification system or process and besides ignoring us and being adamant that they had done their part, did not take any action.
Helpless about how to proceed on this - we have submitted one written complaint and made several trips to the supermarket but were ignored with a "we'll look into it". They're obviously not looking and we've been cheated of close to Rs1000/- worth of goods.
