Sahakari Bhandar Dadar — customer grievance

On october 27 around 8:30 to 9 pm we were shopping in sahakari bhandar dadar.
We almost had finished our shopping and headed to the first floor to purchase the last item, the trolley had been parked nearby and we had gone up the first floor via escalator which was not working. Then when we returned i found that most of the items i bought were missing naming a few tomato, potato, small onion, green pees, papaya fruit and so on. I had to again shop them again which wasted my time and effort. I was also in a hurry since it was getting dark. Also the second time around i didn't have time to shop every thing so i had to purchase from the vendor outside. I urge sahakari bhandar to look into the matter.
