[Resolved] Sahara City Homes — Money not refunded till date

We had invested in the project which was published by SAHARA PVT. LTD. at Gurgaon through one of their employees Ugra Nath Jha (Employee Code : 910), according to him we were supposed to get the allotment by May’08, however apparently no construction has started on the land which was shown to us. We have paid Rs90, 000 as part of recurring Sahara city home scheme (Sahara Star Plus) (starting April'07)for this project but till date haven’t received any refund and repeated reminders to the company have yielded no results.We get a new date with the promise that we will get payment. C-2 / 401 type 3 bedroom at sahara city homes Nagpur in the name of SURYA PARKASH / SHARDA DEVI.Price of your unit is Rs 2347827.I deposit Rs 962277.First you correct in your records my wife is Sharda devi not Sarda devi.2nd I would like to Know that why you charged late interest Rs 40417.Kindly send me details of L.I.and account statement also.

I purchased this flat from Agent.I was given full payment with primium when agreement was done. that time he told me that with in a week you can get this file in your name but after seven month recived this file.Now he demand Rs 40217 Late fees.Let me know that it is my fault or his fault. that is why i demand for late fees details.

i am facing the same problem i have invested in sahara city near haridwar in 2003 and till date there is no progress, no posession and even no answer from the team og sahara
