[Resolved]  Sahara India Pariwar — Non credit of matured policy amount even after 7 months from due date

I had 6 certificates under the mentioned policy, matured on 12/06/2023, of cumulative value Rs ONE LAKH FIFTY THREE THOUSAND ONLY (Rs. 1, 53, 000/-).
On approaching the designated authorised centre, i.e, BHAWANIPUR SECT (based in Kolkata) for claiming the maturity amount, I was refused and sent back numerous times claiming the amount will be credited in another 2 months or so, every time. Now, finally after a year long harassment and multiple visits to and fro, they are denying the existence of such a policy only while I am in complete possession of all the certificates in original. Kindly help me in claiming MY OWN money which the company has been keeping from me under false pretences, so I don't have to approach any consumer forum or other legal means.
