Sahara India — NON RECEIPT OF MATURITY AMOUNT | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I am a bonafied investor of Sahara Star Plus. My amount matured on 31-10-11. On 17-10-11 my husband had gone to their Byculla office and collected all documents regarding withdrawal of my maturity amount. That day they informed me that you can come on[protected]maturity day) along with these application forms and collect your maturity money on 31-10-11. on 4th my husband had gone to their branch to submit the withdrawal forms along with other documents to receive maturity amount, however did not receive the same DUE TO STUPID REASON GIVEN BY SAHARA STAFF WITHOUT MY FAULT. Cause they are not able to find my original documents (account opening forms). Now they are telling that my transfer documents are not available with them/ not found in their record. It will take another 15-20days to recall the documents from their central office. One thing I like to know where is my mistake? why I am not getting my money back after maturity. Who will pay me the interest from the maturity day to till the payment released?. Every body knows how is Sahara working and cheating their customers.
