i am student of Babu Banrsidas Institute of Engineering Technology & Research Centre, Bulandshahr want to complaint against my college that my college management is not returning the student's scholorship. And he Charge 5000 Rs. Per Students for provide Scholarship of 4000rs Check . and when we complaint to them they do not give us the satisfactory answer.

And also asking for 1500rs to submit the scholar ship form of session 2010-11

with due respect i beg to say that i m the student of MCA in Bundelkhhand university(2008-09 batch)...and i take addmission throw U.P.T.U...and i pay the fees o[censored]ptu 9000 which is refundable to me by the uptu..and they refund to me but our university does not refund to me, ..they say that when samaj kallyan refund my fees then they give me...
so i kindly request to u that refund my money to bundelkhand university.
