with due respect I beg to say that I am OBC condidate and my father is poor farmer whose annual income is below Rs.36000, sir my scholarship (tuetion fees) is not released till now.sir how it can be possible that to pay my fees of session 1011-12. please return my fee refund of last session[protected] as soon as possible.

Meerut college Meerut [U.P]
I am not rich.I am from labourer family, my mother is widower and my cast come in the
SC cota, u.p.
sir, I get half scholership when I was in Bsc frist year and now
I allredysubmitted applicationfor schloorships.but i have not yet get any schloorships in my account .so sir plz give me kindlly response bcz I am not still submitted fees for last year of the my courscompletation.

& my father's is a poor farmer & is not able to pay my fee
& my scholarship of 1st year has not came yet, so kindly look after it as my family is unable to pay my second year fee...
