[Resolved]  Samsung / Window Ac — Defective AC and service not provided in time and correctly

Dear Sir,

This is in reference to Samsung Window AC purchased by me on 27-03-10. I am getting repeated problem in my AC. Two months back My Compressor has been changed in new AC and now from 10th August very high Noise is coming in my AC for which I am regularly following up from customer care number and service engineer.
On 12th August person from Mohali customer care repaired my AC but again on next day same problem came again. The person who came to home also broke Glass of window above AC fitted window, while inserting nail which was not required and he committed that he will get it replaced.

Now the noise is so high that we can not sleep in AC and we are not able to use it. Service engineer told that this noise will come for which we do not agree as we are not able to sleep.This noise was not so high before.

Kindly guide us how we can go to consumer court or higher authority to complaint about AC and its service. As we are staying in rented house our landlord is asking it to get repairing of Window glass broken.
Even after repeated complaint from 12th August no one has responded from service center.
Even the engineers are not of good quality and they talking behavior is also not good.

Kindly forward this complaint to Samsung authority so that we can get justice or we should file an FIR or consumer case.
