[Resolved] Samsung / Window Ac — SOME PART DAMAGED | |||
I purchased one window AC from Samsung (Model no. AWT19WKAXTL - 1.6 T) in 2009. In the first year some condensor was damaged. Was changed on complaint. Second year (2011) some PCB is damaged. Was inspected on 18.03.11 by a technician from authorised center. Did not come back with the part. Directed me to the authorised center in Junagadh who himself did not get back with the status. On continuous follow up he told part not available with company(!!! model from 2009 and part not available!!!). Lodged the complaint with Samsung Customer Care (Ref. no. [protected] dt. 30.03.2011) and then the ball game started. Customer care always directed me to the authorised service centers who then declared I should talk at Customer care. I called up customer care thereafter on several occassions on 02.04.11, 04.04.11, 08.04.11 & 11.04.11 - always being assured that someone (I don't know 'who') will call with the status. They are not ready to give any contact details of higher up officials. This is the worst experience of my life till now. Such poor service. Feeling sorry to have bought samsung.
