I have paid Rs. 2808/- through credit card on 25.11.2011, bearing the transaction ID10256552 for the Sandhi sudha oil to the mentioned adress Manas Kumar Seth, C/O- Gouranga Seth, At/PO- Khajur Tikra, Ward No.- 08 , Dist - Bargarh (Orissa), Pin - 768028. But till date i have not recieved anything.
Further having discussion on the executive on the phone no.- [protected], it is brought out that it has been sent by regd. post docait no- RD[protected]IN. But while tracking it is found that there is no details available in this regard. Now, your executives are also not picking phone on this no.- [protected]. So it is a very strange thing that after the full payment, the product is neither delivered nor your executives are responding in this regard. It is requested to deliver the product or refund the amount to me as early as possible.
