I have placed an order no.[protected] on 3.3.2012& delivered on 6.3.12 vide inv.no.[protected] through franchiee M/S Aarti Enterprises,New Delhi-68 ( inv.no 34014) amounting to Rs.3100/= on the basis of TV show Telemart shopping (P) Ltd,11 D Sampat Farm, Opp. Agrwal Public School, Bicholi Mardana Rd. ,Indore (MP)-452016 Ph No. [protected] /[protected]. I used the product but no relief shown to me as per dierction given by the co.I contacted on 9.3.12 & 11.3.12 to Ms Sandhya / Reena Panwar told me to use more days & call on 17.3.12 evening. ON 17.3.12 ,I contact to the same persons explain the situation for no relief ,she told me to despatch our product to co. address,ON 19.3.12 ,I despatch the 2&half bottles to co. address by Blazeflash courier &pay the courier charges of Rs .150/=. under the 15 days money bag guarntee. ON 22.3.2012,I recd. Ms Reen Panwar call your product late recd. on 21.3.12& not under the15 days guarntee period.Since 9.3.12 ,I follow up the matter to return the oil she always knowingly delay the matter to expire the guarntee period,many persons suffer this setback on Jago Garakh.com. Regularly, I sent E-mails on23&28.3.12,5.4.12,11.4.12,24.4.12 but not responded to me even contact on ph. she told me your courier late recd.&money could not be refunded..Many customers harrased by the co even play the foul game as well as cheat them many customers. I request you to pl.look into the matter&follow up with co.for mislead the bogus sale of oil..
