I have Received Sandhi Sudha Oil Packet on Dated: [protected] and i start use it on same date to[protected] but i have no any improvement of Knee's & Solders pain so i decided to return back all three bottle's through TRACKON COURIERS PVT. LTD. Doc. No. :[protected] Dated : 13/03/2012 as i received sms from company. on 26/03/2012 i check online status for this courier web site it will deliver on Telemart Shopping Pvt. Ltd, 11-D, Sampat Farm, Opp. Agarwal Public School, Bicholi Mardana Road, Indore M.P. 452016. Dated 17/03/2012 4:30PM Receiver Name Karimbhai.

after i get confirmation to reach the courier at destination i call on [protected]. 4 times but office person said that we will not given back your amount of Rs.3100.

I request to you pls. help me for this matter. and provide proper guideline to get back my paid amount.

I have Received Sandhi Sudha Plus Oil Packet on Dated: 25/03/2012, which was i received on 26/03/2012 and i start use it on same date to 30/03/2012but i have no any improvement of back & Solders pain so i decided to return back all three bottle's through GMS COURIERS PVT. LTD. Doc. No. :[protected] Dated : 05/04/2012 it will deliver on Telemart Shopping Pvt. Ltd, 11-D, Sampat Farm, Opp. Agarwal Public School, Bicholi Mardana Road, Indore M.P. 452016. on 12/04/2012 after i get confirmation to reach the courier at destination i call on [protected]. FOUR times but office person said that we will not given back your amount of Rs.3100 because the money back policy time is over. Then i told the customer care to return my parcel and as per the customer care stated the parcel is send to on 18/04/2012 but till date i did not get the money and i did not get the my sandhi sudha plus parcel.

I request to you pls. help me for this matter. and provide proper guideline to get back my paid amount.
