Sangeetha Mobiles — Missing some items in mobile

I have purchased the mobile in sangeetha show room. But in show room they are advertising the flip covers and screen guard.
My mobile also they are putting the flip cover and screen guard. After they are removing the some items in the mobie.
Please give the clarification. Whom we contact to file the compliant.
