I have recently booked a fitness tracker in Sangeetha Mobiles on 09th Feb 2023 through online payment. They neglected to let us know that the product wasn't available, so I had to call customer service to learn the truth and request that the order be cancelled. Since there is no option to cancel an order through the portal, they instructed me to send an email to customer service at [protected]@sangeethamobiles.com. However, the Order's status did not indicate cancellation for an additional 5 days. Once more, I had to call customer service to confirm that they had told me via call that the refund would be processed on February 14, 2023, and that I should wait seven days. Even after ten working days, I had to call customer service, send emails, and follow up with the Sangeetha team twice because I had not received any updates or a refund. Every time I call or email, I receive the same response: "We are looking into it and have escalated to the concerned team."Again on 24th Feb when I called the Customer care and spoke to the executive I was told the the issue is from bank side and they have done everything from there end. However when I checked with the concern bank they confirmed that a refund process is not initiated. When I call back and asked about this, again I received the same response as earlier that they are working on it. The last mail I received was on 14th feb since there they didn’t even bother to respond anything via mail. Literally fooling the customers keeping our money.it is a pathetic experience very bad service. I regrate for booking the fitness tracker here in this website please don’t trust this website you will not get the product nor the refund. It is not secure to do a online payment when they have a such a bad service.
