Reminder;1 Dear sirs, I have purchased a mobile model n0;ws53 against inv n0;si/kbm/588 dt;30.8.2013 For a value of rs;9, 000/- through his sales manager mr. Bharat. The problem started with in a week 1. Mobile charge going down with in half day. 2. Replacement given to the same brand& same model. 3. After a period of five days the mobile got heating while taking&also ir got over heated&reported. 4. Unfortunately the above mentioned person has been shifted to a different branch &the problem Was handed over to a person named jayapal he gave a replacement of the same brand given. 5. Again the mobile getting heated with in a week reported to the same person &again replacement of Brand new was given. 6. This time i asked him to give a standard brand & detuct the amount.
