sapneosoft ,bangalore is a totally fake company. it has no truth. www. sapneosoft.com is also fake. what ever mention in the portal has no value. all the management board members are the real . i got selected in this company. my carrer has gone. all my frends ..i request u don't go through this company. 1st of all they will take more money..what ever they will say in interview. next is that..the company has no project since last year. ...................................................................................⇄ ...................................................................................⇄ about the interview in P.I.E.T Purushottam Institute Of Engg. & Technology.... rourkela... ...................................................................................⇄ Vivek Goel is a cheater. he is the who brought this company to piet. but my dear frend rember ....this company is the worst one in india. & has no value. i personally know about sapneosoft.
it has removed its bond amount.
it is not taking any money from any1 to provide joining.
recent proofs are PIET, Rourkela and PCE, Rourkela along with some students from CET, BIET, BCET and Khalikot Autonomous College.
u can enquire about this company from there..
in the recent campus recruitment programs they haven't even charged any consultancy charges.
so how can they be fraud?
so just stop telling lies about the company and stop telling lies about Mr. Vivek Goel( Our Honorable Senior )

Sapneosoft is the worst company i have ever seen. infact its a black spot on the name of IT companies.
only building is good, other then that everything is crap.
They takes 1 lac rupees to give you offer letter. one written test is there just for formality. In reality who will give 1 lac rupees, will get the offer letter. at that time they says like we will give 15000 /- per month, so many other facilities, this and that.
they says like that earlier company was there in pune, somtimes chennai, and kerala, they closed from there and then reopened here. all just crap.
when you will go and join there, you will come to know, they are the biggest lier.
Basically this is fraud company of fraud people. they pays only 5000 /- instead of 15000 /- per month.
Management is the worst thing there, they don't even know the basic rules of management.
they don't know how to talk to employees, they talk like as if they are their slaves.
HR doesn't know how to talk in english, you can see her shouting on everybody without any reason.
they make whatever rules they want, and whenever they want.
if you are hired for developement, then also you have to do data entry, its compulsory.
in the starting they says like they have so many projects in your stream, , , but reality is that, , , there is no project, , not even a single project is there.
No canteen, no hostel facility, , , , nothing, all just fake...
not even a single dustbin is there what else you can expect.
forget about Medical Insurance, Provident Fund & Gratuity, ESI coverage, long stay bonus, performance incentive, target achievement incentives as they mention ...they will not even give you your full salary. and if you will go and ask about the salary, , then they says, , you will get this much only, , if you want to resign, , you can, , now your 1 lac rupees is waste...and they dont care, whatever you think about them...they will do whatever they want...they are the biggest cheater.
they takes your money and increase their bank balance. they just do partying on your money.
so my dear friends, , never ever join this company . otherwise that will be the biggest mistake of your life.
forget about money, , you will spoil your career also.
