[Resolved]  Saravana Stores — Purchase Double COT from saravana store on 1 july 2012 but still not get deliver..

Dear Sir,

I purchase 1 Double Cot from SARAVANA STORE on 1 July 2012 , at the time of purchase the sales manager informed that they will deliver on Tuesday or Wednesday according to my convenient time.But the very next day the sale manager told that he did not tell any thing like that,delivery will be in the afternoon time only..It is very problematic for me as i m not available at morning time in my home.Than one of his Manager Name(Annamalai) told that on Saturday that is 6 july they surely going to deliver.Than i agreed that for the delivery on Saturday on 6 July 2012 as i m available on that day.Now a give a call to SARAVANA STORE person regarding the delivery confirmation but now they giving another more date that is Monday on 9 July 2012..Now i don't have faith on this company nor with the sales person.
now i want my money back..kindly help me..I really feel very bad and suffer because of there poor service..
