Full Description of the incident: Refer below
Desired Resolution: Return / Refund the money back

I bought a Dove soap bag of 4 and it was billed Rs. 439.90. I missed to check the price and noticed after they billed. It was expensive for my budget and want to return that immediately. When i approached the billing counter, they asked me to goto the basement for any returns. There the sale members suggested they will not return money and asked me to check in the reception. Another supervisor in the reception told the same that they will not return money instead they asked me to buy something else for the money. Since I have no other option to escalate went back to get the exchange receipt. The next issue i faced is, the exchange is valid only for the same day.

I had no intension to buy any other product on the day and was forced to buy again because of their return / exchange policy.

Can someone help me please?

    Recently we purchased a Brass Godavari Gundu from Super Saravana Stores, Chrompet after returning to home we thought we could use it for drinking water so we removed the price tag and washed it thoroughly and poured water into it started leaking Initially when we bought it was covered and under the lights we could not see the damage properly since we purchased more than 10 items on the same day for about eleven thousand rupees we somehow bought it to home and while using we found it to be damaged but when I went for an exchange request on the next day they were not willing to exchange and was a harsh response from the official as it was not acceptable. Kindly address this issue since the Gundu rated around 1500 rupees in Indian currency

      Yesterday (30/06/2024), i bought a Cotton Pant From Saravana Stores at T Nagar of Rupees 650, after i come to my Room, and morning at the time wearing i saw that the cloth is Torn on the back side and the whole stiches are also Broken. So I Want The Justice, when i meet the shop to tell about this, they asked, there is not an option for Change the Dress or Refundings. Please Do Anything.

          I have purchased a Sofa from Saravana Store Furniture Padi on 05th Mar'24. I found that Sofa Leg was some what big which while seating in it, legs are not touched to floor. Hence I am requesting your Sales man & Manager since last 2 mths to change the leg size to a smaller one. But still nothing has happened from them.
          Hence request you to check and reduce the sofa legs little bit smaller.

            I ask to stop him few steps forward because i was late to my house it was night time

              Hi team
              One the staff behaved very very rude and manipulated me to hit him. I came for festival shopping with my mom. This guy were valet parking some random customer. He continuously honking behind me and i have no idea what he is doing. I just asked him why and his tone and body language were very rude. He started manipulating me. We started oral fight and no one came and addressed this.

                  I was treated very bad by one of the staff. She checked my bag for so much time and she was not even checking any of other people . Felt so disrespectful and insulted . Atleast appoint some people who is having some sense . It affected my mental health a lot . My first experience and also the last visit to the shop . I want justice for my mental health

                      Very worst staff and the incharge. A 12 year old girl child was scolded and threatened of throwing out of the store by the lady security in front of public for humming in form of whistle. When complained to the incharge Parthiban, he said what kid did is wrong and he never tried to accept the behaviour of the security staff. It’s high time that customers should stop going their, although the store is cost effective and have everything in one roof, if you need respect stay away

                          நான் குரோம்பேட்டை சரவணா ஸ்டோர்ஸில் நேற்று ரூ10000க்கு துணி எடுத்தேன். பேக் கொடுக்கும் இடத்தில் தங்களது ஊழியரிடம் பேக் கேட்டோம். சூட்கேஸ் மட்டும் கொடுத்து 10000ரூபாய்க்கு இந்த பேக் மட்டுமே வரும் என்று கூறினார். அவ்வளவு துணியும் எப்படி எடுத்துக் கொண்டு செல்வது என்று கேட்டாள் தரக் குறைவாக பேசுகிறார். இது குறித்து நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கும்படி கேட்டு கொள்கிறோம்.

                            I have visited super Saravana stores Madurai on 1 /1/24.I wanted to purchase a three seater sofa for my house.I have visited to the 5th floor of the store. I have selected a model of three seater sofa and I have paid the full amount of Rs. 41, 185.The manager and the another salesman discuss themselves told that you have wait in the waiting hall we have packed the sofa and they got sign from me in the bill and send me to waiting hall.They packed the sofa in the display set which is open and many people visited to the saravana stores daily sit in the sofa and it become very dirty and ugly which is look like second handed sofa.I thought that if I select a model they gave the new sofa in the same model.I have great upset with this.they insult me.This sofa damage my appearance of my hall.This is my purchasing experience with super Saravana stores Madurai.I have attached the bill and appearance of the sofa for your reference.

                              I bought some products in 6th floor on 30 12.23 and made payment using debit card but it showed incorrect PIN number and I tried again and it showed same as incorrect PIN number so cashier asked to make cash payment and so I paid cash and collected the products and after few minutes I received message from bank that Rs 376 got debited from Padi Saravana stores, Chennai and I went back and asked that person about this and he told the same will be credited within few hours but till now the amount not got credited to my account. Again I called him but he was rude and used harsh words and didn't give proper reply. Please requesting to refund the amount. I have the receipt with me for evidence.

                                    விவோ x-90 60, 000 ரூபாய் மொபைல்... முதல் மடியில் கம்பளைண்ட் குடுக்க போனேன் அசல்டா எங்களுக்கு தெரியல யாரும் போன் குடுக்கலா னு சொல்லி மழுப்பினர்கள் அப்போ வே சந்தேகம் வந்தது சரவண அண்ணாச்சி சரியா சம்பளம் குடுக்கலாம் போலா னு போன் தேட அரமிச்சம்...சி சி டிவி கேமரா பாக்க போன சாப்பிட போய் இருக்காங்க அரைமணி நேரம் ஆகும் அப்பறம் வாங்க னு... 1மணி நேரம் தேடுறோம் ஒரு வார்த்தை சொல்லல உங்க போன் எங்க கிட்ட தான் இருக்குனு... மறுபடியும் தேடும் போது ஒரு பெண் உங்க மொபைல் கிழ குடுத்து 1மணி நேரம் ஆச்சு இன்னும் குடுக்கலையா னு சொல்றாங்க அவர்களாய் கிழ கூட்டிட்டு போய் கேக்கும் போது ஆமாம் அது உங்கள் மொபைல் அ னு கேக்குறாங்க... கம்பளைண்ட் குடுக்குற எடத்துல இருக்குற வாங்க லே மொபைல் ஏமாத்த நினைக்கும் போது... யார நம்பி சரவண ஸ்டார் வராது... இதை மீடியா வில் விரைவில் கம்பளைட் குடுப்பேன்... சரவணன் அண்ணாச்சி தொழிலாளி கு நல்லா சம்பளம் குடுங்க அப்போ தான் மத்தவங்க பொருள் திருட ஆசை வராது முக்கியமா கம்பளைண்ட் ரூம் இல் இருக்கும் பெண் என்ன மொ காலெக்ட்டர் வேலை செய்வதுபோல் முஞ்சை சுலிப்பது என்ன 60, 000 ரூபாய் மொபைல் உங்க போன் இது மாரி தொலைஞ்சா இவளோ சகஜமா இருப்பிங்களா... கம்பளைண்ட் ரூம் ல இருக்குறவங்க லே சரி இல்ல திருட்டு கொட்டு இவங்க போது மக்கள் கு உதவ போறாங்க... சரவணன் அண்ணாச்சி இது கொஞ்சம் கவனிக நன்றி 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
