Desired Resolution: Return / Refund the money back
I bought a Dove soap bag of 4 and it was billed Rs. 439.90. I missed to check the price and noticed after they billed. It was expensive for my budget and want to return that immediately. When i approached the billing counter, they asked me to goto the basement for any returns. There the sale members suggested they will not return money and asked me to check in the reception. Another supervisor in the reception told the same that they will not return money instead they asked me to buy something else for the money. Since I have no other option to escalate went back to get the exchange receipt. The next issue i faced is, the exchange is valid only for the same day.
I had no intension to buy any other product on the day and was forced to buy again because of their return / exchange policy.
