Now the company states that they will only pay ₹50, 000 as the govt withdres the scheme in 2009. My question is how come a govt could backout from its own commitment of paying ₹111, 000 on maturity. I have heard there are lots of court cases filed in gujrat high court. Please let us know the status of the same and when we can get the final verdict from the court of law on this.

It is one of the good gift of Mr. Narendra Modi (Gujarat govt) during 2009 for bond holders, common people who kept some amount for their daughter marriage / manage their difficulties, due to govt decision, most of the people loose their half of the amount. Most of the people are not aware of their advertisement / notification about pre-mature.
