Iam holding deep discount bond certificate no. 584297 issued by ssnl on 7th jan 1995. Issue price was rs. 3600/- & redemption price is rs.1, 11, 000/-. Redemption date is 11th jan 2014. I have not yet applied for redemption. Please tell me the process of applying for redemption. I have tried to contact customer support nunber mentioned on company website but no one answers the call. It always comes busy only.

How to redeem this bond?? Company site is useless, i think they closed it. I called many times only call rings no one attends. Please help and provide information to redeem this bond. I'm from kolkata and can't go to gujrat to search and redeem this bond. How can a government undertaking can be like this.. Really disappointed, so many people are infected and puzzled in this situation and are in dialama what to do.. Please help us all come out this situation and provide how can we redeem this bond.

At present i want to get back my money of above said bond.

My name is prerna singh and i want to know the status of a deep discount bond purchased by my father. His name is sudhir prasad singh, he purchased one bond of ssnnl of issue price is rs 3600 and face value is rs 1, 11, 000.

After maturity of the bond, the redemption amount i. E the face value should be received by him but as the bond was matured in 2014 but he didn't recieve any money or check and when he went to the mega quick consultants pvt ltd., blue chip investment cult ancy patna, 800001 from where he had purchased the bond, then he came to know that their office is not at that address anymore and there is no clue about other offices in patna.
So i would like to know the current status of his bond and how can he redeem his bond.

My farm situated near by amnagar minor canal since last 2 year there is a damage in canal and all water of canal came to my farm due to this all crops are fail and i suffer a loss since last 2 years i had given complain to local responsible officer of your authority but no action should be taken by them since last 2 years

Please reconstruction the same canal nearby my farm as early as possible
Because i suffer lots of expense due to corruption in canal construction work.

Please take necessary action at the earliest.

We purchased a bond back some 20 years old and now we want to take a look into it but the broker said the company has been running and had made a fraud with people. I wanted to know if it's true or not. If it is true then how are we going to get our money back

It is understood that your office has issued a notice for redemption of bonds of face value rs.50, 000.00s per bond till date i did not receive any communication.

I have one ssnnl deep discount bond certificate (Distinctive no. 377366). I sent it for redemption to your registrar at — mcs ltd, 101, shatdal complex, ahmedabad 80009 — by speed post on 13/04/2017. But the envelope was not received, and it came back to me. I need to redeem it. Pl advise where i hahe to send it again.

I do have a couple of bonds with me which my father has purchased, so I would like to know whether I can convert that into cash none of the numbers which is mentioned on the website is working that's understandable though because we are in India and I know very how efficient and cust centric govt is in India.I guess India is probably the only country in the world where govt bonds can also be fake or fraudulent if not then why no one is receiving call on any of the numbers mentioned on the website I wish I am wrong and I will get my money which has been promised so, please help me with it.

I have purchased 3 definitive bond certificates @rs 3600 each with folio no 246570 nd reg no 367626 encl.
I comtacted concerned office but i was told that only 50k would be paid against a promised bond of 111000.
I want to submit the complaint need a solution
