They are doing SECOND HAND SALE...

I had a very poor experience with sathya agencies (atleast porur branch) Chennai. I bought a GODREJ refrigerator from sathya agencies porur a month back.

I already decided the model and did the price comparison before entering the shop for purchase. Hardly it takes some 15 minutes to purchase.
They have given the commitment to deliver it by next day. They also delivered as said by next day with the condition Don't open the box we will arrange a demo from godrej by tomorrow. But they took some another 2 days for the demo. On demo only we found that the piece was broken somewhere in the bottom. The people from godrej said us to inform the same to the agency and ask them for the replacement. I called them and inform the same on the same day. But no proper response from them for another 3 days. I keep on called them and ask the status about this. But i don't get any proper response from them. At last finally i have visited their office and ask them the details. At the time they have committed me to deliver a new piece with in a day. As said they have delivered another one by next day. But that was not new one. They delivered it from the showroom (i am sure) because i can find the N number difference between the existing one and recent one they delivered right now. Mainly the packaging itself show us this is an old one and delivered from the show room not from the godown.

Then i asked the same and claim a new one. After several conversation between us finally they straight away said we can't give any replacement for you. I am very much disappoint and even bit confused with their answer. Because i bought it for money not for free. Then how can said this.Finally they give me great offer that they can give me a new cover (new box cover). Between i too have lot of personal problem and commitment over this period. So i just left this. But i got n number of confirmation calls about the new cover delivered? This is frustrated me more and more. What is the point in confirming me about the cover. What about my complaint for replacement? After a period i decided and came to know that there's no meaning to talk about this problem. They not even understand my problem?

I am very much confused about their business model. If they are doing like this, how can they survive in the market. In porur we can find around 20 shops. My bad time i done a business with them. They not even serve me best(existing customer) where they are finding their new business. I definitely say that they will not survive in the market in a couple of years.

So please please be aware of sathya agencies porur (may be all the branches doing the same thing, That i came to know after talked with people's from their head officer tuticorin).

I had a very poor experience with shriram finance in sathya agencies ( porur branch) Chennai
yes we did face the same problem of very poor service.They made humpty number of calls before purchase and even not ready to give proper installation which was promised to be free.No installation even after four days of purchase for AC we purchased.The boxes are kept unopened in the house for four days...Worst ever experience faced .If this issue persists they will never be able to retain customers with them...Very much upset and even lost the happiness of buying a new AC...
I got an AC 2 yrs back from Sathya Agencies Medavakkam. It was an used one and not in working condition, No Gas. So called Sathya and got another unit after 3 days, this time a big dent on the AC with No Gas again. The sale guy Shaaji was not picking up the calls and no one was there to help out.
3rd time called the head office and got a replacement. Took almost 15 days to get the product with lots of mental pressure and headaches.


This is indeed a fraud company and second hand selling company. In few years all factories will start doing their direct sellling via online and companies like these cheats will go to streets.

I bought Ac Hitachi on 2 April 2022 and they installed it on 5th April .It worked for two days and then there was no cooling from the indoor.I checked with Hitachi service center and the technician said the Satya need to provide replament.i am waiting for the replacement.The new AC got repaired within two days.
Totally agreed, they are selling items from refurbished factories.

Hi dear consumers don't go to sathya they all are cheat fellows they selling the product very high rate compare to others min Rs.[protected] high. they telling the model is different but i go to other shop i check the model the same one other agency is selling low. so dont go any sathya electronics.

We purchased Ondia Aircondition 1.5 Ton from begining itself the machine was not working properly after repeated complaints some trainee technician was attended the complaints and went off but the problem was not solved. Within a matter of 3 Months the Indoor pipe lines are totally damaged, Again they taken back the unit around 20 days there was no proper response the complaint was handled by Ms. Asha & Mr. Keshavan from Customer Support.

Buying Home Applicances from Sathya Agencies very wrong Choice
I was purchased TV(SONY LED KLV32R422E) through online, problem is i m not received TV which i seen from Internet(Sathya portal) i revived different TV, Regarding this i spoke with sales & store In charge they said its like that only. cheating the customer like anything.

I never expect this kind off service from sathya.

I bought Hitachi Ac on March 18th in Chennai Trade center.we saw the Advertise in magazines that is we use HDFC Bank credit card we have 5% Cash back offer.
I asked the sales person regarding the cash back offer. they said yes.After we choose the Hitachi Inverter AC 1.5 ton. Then i gave the hdfcbank credit card for payment of 39000 INR.
They debited my money.Then when i inquire about my cash Back They told me they swiped my credit card in wrong Machine that i am not eligible for Cash back.
Then i spoke to Mr.Santhoh Kumar His moblie number-[protected].he told me that come to porur branch to swipe my card one more time for payment of INR 39000.Then they will give me cash of Inr 39000.
The i went to Porur branch on 31st March. and they said it's year ending it is not possible to proceed on that day and told me to call on Apr4th.
Then called to Mr. Balamurugan to porur branch he told me to come to porur branch and to swipe my card again and they will transfer the money to my account through RTGS after 4 working days.

Now what should i do.
i need to go to consumer court for my concern
