[Resolved]  Sathyam Cinemas — i lost money for ticket, but didn't get ticket

Today(17/11/2010) i booked ticket in thecinema.in for the movie hp7 in online. I finished selecting seats and even payed amount. But inbetween a pop up came stating connection to database lost and can't continue like that. But money was debited from my account. But i didnt get the ticket. I dont know whom to contact. Help me.
