[Resolved]  Satnam Honda — Broken side stand of Activa

I have given my Honda Activa for service to Satnam Honda on 12 October 2010. When I went to take activa, I found the side stand has been broken. I complaint them but no one ( from service man to owner) has taken weightage of my voice and told we found it broken already..

when we are doing more argue then the service man told that when you given for servie you told us to shift side stand from left side to right side.

then we say ok.. show your service contract (paper in which you written my problem for service related). then they start ignoring me.


So beware when you go Satnam Honda to buy/Service your vehicle..

Satnam Honda — R.C does not match with Chassis and engine no.

I purchased the Activa Honda by Satnam Honda around 4 years back. Recently, my insurance gets lapsed and when I get the same insured, it was very shocking to know from the insurance agent that the engine no. chassis no. does not match in the R.C.
I did complained for the same to the company, for which I have taken the written complain, which they do not accepted and said that it is not required , they will get this corrected by R.T.O they did taken the original R.C from me, for which I did taken the acknowledgment from them.
I did sent the written complaint by speed post on the same day with my cousin's suggestions, which was successfully received by them.
After the month has passed, they are not responding to my complain. I sent the reminder of the complaint by speed post, which they refused to take.
Please help to resolve my grievances.
