[Resolved]  Satya Ville De Ascent Buildtech — Possession late and not as per commitment

I am also facing the same problem... booked a flat in April 2009 ... The possession date told was Feb 2009. and now its 2012... There is no allottment letter issued ... no bank loan till now..the approval for tower B C and D are not yet clear from GDA... if i ask them to cancel my booking ..they are talking of 10% cancellation charges...on what basis they are asking for cancellation charges as there floor plans are still pending for approval from GDA...???? ...please mail me so that we can do something for a solution.

i m not agree with i as i ot all benifits of booking in satya villa de, , , also my loan is aproved...
its not right to complain like dat ur papers migh have some problem as i m having full support of ascent builder

allegations r too easy o make surely i can understand ur problem but do check ur details u have written...u booked flat in April 2009 then how can u take possession in feb 2009
your booking date is april 2009 and you write here possesion date was Feb 2009. It not seem practical, Befor booking you must visit the site for your own assurance. Your complain is not looking correct.

After four months of irritation, the builder refunded my booking amount. I paid 1, 90, 000 at the time of booking and they refunded me 140, 000 which means 50000 is the cancellation charges. Please advice whether I should still proceed against them legally, as the agreement also mentions the interest for the delay period and I believe the cancellation charges are too much given there great pace of construction.

the builder is fraud ;hard 2 give possesion;this yr also;; no labour on site seems 2 work;only interested in booking ;sales executive; r liers;
This builder is fraud, because I had booked flate on December 2009 thru Kings real Estate .Aftersix months no agreement issued by this fraud buider and all staff deputed in site Raj nagar have shifted to other location. I had deposit Rs. 2, 20, 000/= apprx. on the time of booking and after cancelation they refunded my money and RS. 98000/- is the cancelllation charges.

Late possession inspite of 80% payment done, towers yet not complete, booked a flat in D Tower in Apr. 2009, any chance of getting possession this year is 0%, keep us in loop pls. contact [protected]

Hope you all have received a letter of 2.57% service tax..
i think they have no rights to ask for such payment at this stage. as they should have informed all charges on booking .. which they have not..!!!
lets unite to fight on this.

Hi Manoj, we shouldn't be paying any tax as it has come in effect after Jul'11 only.
