In Feb 2024, I bought one under construction property in Provident Park Square Judicial Layout, Kanakapura Road, Bengaluru.
The sales team (Prashanth R & Mr Manjunath) promised me that the property will be ready by end of the year in Dec 2024.
Obviously there was no element of truth in it. The CRM manager Mr Sarandeep told me that I will get possession only at the end of Sep 2025 & that the sales team are making false promises.br...

Possession was promised to be done by 31st March, 2023. But till today not even a registration intimation is there. They are giving absurd reasons whenever asked.

Now that we got admiasion for coming academic year and we need to shift but they are not allowing us to do the interiors also. I have been continuously following up for closing 5he deal but they seem to be delaying on purpose.

I am very upset with Purva Zenium team and I am looking forward for someone to help with this on priority.

    Address: Purva Promenade - Bangalore

    Hi,

    Had requested basic infrastructure details of Purva Promenade.
    When contacted to the team they requested to drop a mail and they will respond. But it has been 3 days and still CSD team does not have basic courtesy to respond to mails and answer calls.
    Had requested to know the shades of the bedroom doors used in Purva Promenade but till date no response.

    Unfortunately this really gives very bad impression on Puravankara as a project

      Project : Purva Windermere Pallikaranai

      I have went for property enquiry and made 1 lakh payment for blocking the unit but i have reverted my decision on next day and confirmed the same with the sales people worked with me. I did not hold the blocking for more than a day and also did not make formal first payment for buying the property.
      Made payment in July.

      The blocking amount paid not reverted to my account till date.
      Why is this delay happening ? We make the blocking payment because of the pressure we get from sales on the units scarcity or price movement without taking enough time to think through.

      Can you review and process the refund as soon as possible or let me know what is the process to go through ?.

        Hi,

        I have booked Interior work for new property in Sunworth. And paid the amount of 2, 15, 000/-.

        But Unfourtanaly I have canceled the order as I am unable to pay the rest amount because of some issue.

        so I requested the Purva team to refund my amount but they refuse to pay it back. but after requesting they refund me 1, 40, 000/- and they keep 75, 000/-
        for future work relations. br...

        This is regarding the NOC and possession for the Flat no H 1006 in Purva 270 at C V Ramannagar.

        We have paid full amount to the vendor Rustomjee Developers. We have still not got keys, possession certificate and NOC. We have been following with Rustmji Developers who in return is speaking to the team and in touch with Ms. Bhakti. Can we get the same on priority. Humble request from the purchaser who has been suffering from last three years.

          I have purchased a flat in purva atmosphere Bangalore and some extra charges are showing in my statement of some interest cost which are to be removed but not happening in last 2 months.Secondly some charges of 5900 got deducted from my credit card on your payment which were not told to me at time of swiping the card for initial payment and now your representatives are not properly replying to me and also not taking my calls

              Writing for provident Purvankara's.
              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I have opted provident for many reason but disappointed.
              1.Due to Corona project got delayed, as per RERA extension september 2022 was possession date. But I have got intimated for inspection on Feb end 2023.
              2.Though interest payable mentioned was due to bank didn't pay ontime as there was no match with progress in project. They clearly mentioned and we have many mails on that.
              And SOA was not at all proper for example November payment was updated in december SOA but again was in due in Feb. I waited 1 week to get that updated but still not proeper, like this I am not sure how many got missed.But still I paid 25k interest payable amount as I got fedup of discussing with all members, wanted to get in soon.
              3.Though interest was paid all amount got settled Possession intimated and keys handovered, but still power connection and lift is not working

                  Still not handed over and under construction.

                  Last demand they have put some interest and blaming me for delayed. After several reminder, no one from purva clarify it.

                  Can go to legal or able to resolve?

                    The so-called builders are charging some hidden charges including caution deposit, legal charges, and maintenance charges which comes to 7 lakh INR, before registration of the apartment. I am not quite sure, who should I reach out to to talk about this and prevent paying the charges. appreciate your response. thank you.

                      Hello Team,

                      I have booked Plot at woodfield plot no 151 and paid booking amount and before making other payment without my knowledge sales person sold this plot to other customer which is completely unfair.

                      After lost of discussion commited for refund immediately but team is telling tomorrow will update F&A team is not responding like that almost 2months over now I am getting the same updates from Sales and CRM ( slaes: Imran S, Martin Martin Tagore, CRM: Sonia and Bakthiyaar) not sure whom to connect.

                      Request purvankara respective member to check and fix is this issues as priority basis.

                        Back in 2020, I did book a flat in purva palm beach but due to COVID situation, lost my job and hence cancelled my booking, its been 2 years and the purvankara has not been refunding my money. Veena shivaramaiha is handling my case and she is asking me to wait and I dont know as to how long I should wait to get the refund. I have sent several e-mails but no response and also called several times on her phone but no response.

                          We had liked one plot booked it by paying 1 lakh & see that they sold it some one else without our knowledge. The pain we have taken in searching & selecting is not considered . The person with whom (Imran) we are connecting, always says `understand` but stands on his decision saying have to talk to management. Now to get back our money also he says management has to decide. Its tough time with these people from Purvankara.

                            After the possession is taken the Builder is asking customers to do the name transfer by themselves.

                            I paid the money to Builder and he has to give the flat in my name with all documents.

                            I am an NRI do i need to do all these transfers is the builder not responsible for all this documentation?

                              I am an NRI residing in Doha, Qatar. I had booked my Flat G601 in Property of Puravankara Builders, Purva Amaithi in Coimbatore in 2015.

                              After many years of delay finally i had the Physical Possession Inspection on Dec 21.

                              The builder took the complete payment on May 21.

                              During the final inspection the following issues were highlighted :
                              1) Dirty toilets
                              2) Entire flat was dirtybr...

                              We have complained about the poor quality of doors while 1st inspection. The same has written to CRM team also. Since we have paid full amount, we were forced to take keys. Even after continuous follow-ups nobody came and rectified the issue. Today we were in a bad situation where we cannot close the door because the entire frame is coming out of wall.

                                The Kenworth by provident project in rajender nagar hyderabad has started construction in 2017 and till today didnot handover the flats to customers except for few and charging customers on the name of delay in payment charges in lakhs where they are suppose to pay to customers the rent for the delay but harassing customers.
