[Resolved]  Saurabh Jain — i am insulted by bank staff

sir i have 4 account with your bank like
1 saurabh jain
2 pratiksha jain
3 saurabh & pratiksha jain
4 shree jee marketing (current account)

and i am waiting for welcome kit for last 30 days today it comes at branch but they didnt give me .and they said your account balance(87000 aprox) not allow them to give welcome kit to me. now i feel insult in your bank because bank excutive said to me that you may withdraw your money whenever you need. today i am feeling very shamefull in front of other customer and staff..i am getting nervous after all this scene create your staff .now tell me who is responsible for this ..

i am preferred customer of your bank
