[Resolved]  saving A/C — wrong charges

I shoaib khan having an account in kotak mahindra bank new friends colony new delhi
My account no. is [protected],

I always keep my saving balance at least RS.10,000
on 30 june 2010 bank cut my amount of rs. 827.25
while i have a little bit low amount in my account
they did not send my earlier sms or even a mail to
me.
its not good to do jobs like that.................
if i got under low balance they should send me sms or mail
