[Resolved] Saving Account — Net Banking Facility

I have a SB A/C ([protected]) with SBI sector-7/chandigarh. I was to apply for net banking in this branch but 1st i didn't get application form in SBI's website 2nd my father went there for same then the person in the bank asked him that he could not give the form as concern person is on leave. After 1 day my father went again there then he asked for the request letter which i gave to my father then again he didn't give the form as the person was on leave. Finaly i gave up. I just want to ask. Is this the way to treat customer & on these terms govt. banks are thinking to compete with the private banks? Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
