Savings Account — Internet user name

Dear Sir,
I have opened a savings account in your mehrauli branch,
My a/c no. is [protected]. I had requested for internet banking and your bank sent me a user name[protected]and password by post. When I tried to create an account on your site www.sbi.com through user name and password given by you, I forgot to note the User name given by the system, due to which i am facing difficulties.

Kindly issue me a different user name. An early action taken in this regard shall be highly obliged.
