I WANT TO COMPLAINT AGAINST THE BANK STAFF (MR. SACHIN KHARE)WHO HAD NOT BEHAVE WELL WITH ME ON DATE:- 15.04.10, WHEN THE BRANCH MANAGER IN OFF. I WENT TO OPEN NEW ACCOUNT FOR MY BHABHI. HE HAS TOLD ME AND MY BHABHI TO SIT 15 MINUTES BUT AFTER HALF HOUR WHEN I WENT TO HIM HE STILL TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO MANY WORK COME ON NEXT DAY. HE HAS WASTED MY TIME AND TALK TO ME AND ALSO MY BHABHI VERY RUDELY.SO I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO OPEN MY ACCOUNT IN THIS BRANCH. SO I WANT TO COMPLAINT AGAINST THE MANAGER AND THE STAFF( MR. Sir,

Me and wife have saving account in ur Raj Bhawan Road, Kota Branch since more than 10 years

whenever we approach to Bank for Pass book updatation either staff is not available or PC is out of order and getting the pass book updation is very tiresome activity and do not get satisfactory responce from any o[censored]r staff except the Branch manager.

today we approach for same but there is very long Q and for us it is not possible to stand in Q for more than hour to getr it completed so we approach to one o[censored]r employee Mr. BL Varma to provide atleast the bank statement for 6 months,
But Im sorry to say that his behavior was very rude and say "do what ever u want to do" and can not provide the statement unless u pay the fees for it which is Rs 110

see this the way SBBJ wants to earn the profit?Branch is failed to update the pass book in time and if ask for statement to check the entries thay ask for fees, which is really shocking

u are requested to plz intervene and get the pass book updated and desired statement available
