I am Himangshu Agarwal, writing on behalf of my father Mr. Ramesh Agarwal.
He is carrying an SBI Credit Card, but due to some reason he could not pay his dues in time. They asked him about the settlement, & when he agreed, they were suppose to give us a settlement letter within 7 days which they did not give till next one month due to which he did not deposit money in his account for cheque clearance & that cheque got bounced.
Then in last two months they asked for Rs. 8, 000.00 per month as settled/agreed amount, now only Rs.4, 000 left. Last month when he asked about clearance letter, they told we will get it after paying the last installment. Now in this month when SBI people called up for Rs. 4, 000, & when my father asked them about that letter, now they are saying that settlement has been canceled as it has already crossed 3 months. Then how they could ask for 16, 000 in last two months as settlement amount.
Now repeatedly they are calling, everyday. Although every day I am giving the same reply that he is out of station & will be back after 10 days. They are calling 3-4 times a day. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. I am ready to my balance Rs. 4, 000 but I should get my clearance letter.

I Mr. Jyoti Kumar S/o- Rabindra Kumar R/O- New Colony Ulao, Begusarai am the customer of SBI BRT, Begusarai, Bihar from last ten (10) Years and my saving A/C Numbers
are 1) [protected], 2) CC-[protected], 3) [protected] have also loan Accounts are 1)[protected] and also a Housing Loan Account and Also Have RD account No. 1) [protected],
2) [protected], 3) [protected] and also STDR Account Numbers are 1)[protected] 2) [protected] etc are my account which is in SBI BRT Branch Begusarai. I am the reputed
customer of the Branch.
Today at 4 p.m I went to the SBI BRT, Begusarai Branch with my business partner, Mr. Aftab Alam, against His Complain No: CC[protected] because the Branch Manager Mr.
Abhay Kumar Sinha called him telephonically to resolve his complain. At the office we were asked to wait for a while outside the chamber of Branch Manager. After few minutes the
Branch Manager came out from his chamber and asked me to leave the office, at this aftab said that he is with me, at this he reacted and slapped me.
after this we were surprised that how can he react so? Such Circumstances really make me suppressed. If a Responsible Officer like a Branch Manager is Reacting with Customers in Such Manner then How any one would reveal his problem to the Bank.
I have a Question that why I should go to Bank further? It is requested to Take Disciplinary Action against Mr. Abhay Kumar Sinha (Branch Manager) otherwise I will never go to branch and i will not be responsible in case my loan Accounts are Being Non-Payment.
Therefore I am requesting you to kindly take proper action against Mr. Abhay Kumar Sinha.
