sir,
I have submited two forms with the same informations & the same journal number, deposited in a SBI branch. Because I can't take the printout of the first form. I have the printout of the 2nd form. Will the forms be resected? Please, help me.

SBI — Clerk exam form submission

I submitted clerical examination form once, but then I thought there is a mistak in the form and I have to correct it, so I logged in again. I thought as soon as I enter the no. given by the bank, the sw will indicate that it is submitted already, but no indication made by the sw and another regi. no. and password was created by the sw. I want to remove my first submitted form. Please inform me whether there is any solution for this problem.

so many days passed i have ben trying to check my application status for recruitment of clerks. no reply mails from the bank n no website visible to us to check the status. plz give some clue that we have been selected to answer the exam, as the day of examination is appraoching n we r still blank with no seat no nothing.

    I have received twice the Registeration No & Passwords but none of them is working at the time of taking the print out of application form the error occures

    Please send me the correct Registeration & passowrd No. Or Send the printout of the application form

    I have tried your customer care no but no buddy is picking that phone

    There should be proper command on online process
    Candidates are appling form allover india some where they have the facility or not They may be going to some nearest state to apply for the job where they submitting the Application Fees to the respective branches after that they have come to know that their submission of online application is FAIL

    And SBI is not mentioning there any contact nos on site so that a candidate can call get satisfactory result

      Dear Sir,

      This has refrence to the online complaint registered by me on 22nd of this month regarding the the non credit of part payment cheque to my SBI car loan account no. [protected].

      I have recieved a letter from the SBI bank Nerul ( W) code NO. 5087 that the amount of Rs. 50, 000/- ( issued vide ICICI bank cheque No. 212536) has been credited my SBI savings account no.[protected] as I had mentioned my savings account no in the cheque instead of car loan account no by mistake.

      I am very pleased with the efforts taken by the SBI people in resloving this problem in a very short time. I have personally visited your Nerul Branch to appologise for the inconvenience casused by me. At the same time I was pleased to see a drastic changes in the attitude of Mr. Sonwane. He was so humble, polite, caring and kind.

      I am sure that he too learnt a small lesson from this incident and will attend to the cutsomer queries / problems without much hisitation in future.

      So I once again regret the inconvenience caused to you if any.

      State Bank Of India Nerul Branch — Non Clearance of Cheque

      I have deposited Cheque on Tusday Morning 16th Octomber 2008 today is 20 th octomber 2008 .Idont Know why such delay for clearing local Cheque of Neighbour Taluka of Goa. It is decleared that all local cheque is cleared in Two Working days.Please do the Needful
      According to SBI, I applied for Car loan. I submitted the following documents-(i) Photostat copies of ITR of last three year (ii)current Basid phone bill. iii) photostat copy of Ration card (iv) Photo ID of my PAN Card (v) Photostat copy of my permanent residence i.e. a copy of bar council certificate issued by Bar Council O[censored].P.(vi) photostat copy of certificate issued by the High Court Bar Association, (vii)Statement (viii) three photographs of Passport size (ix) two cheques for processing fees towards the banks. At that time Bank did not tell me that paper regarding ownership of a house is required whereas, at the time of submission I made a quary that is any more document also required but at that time officials of SBI were fully satisfied with my documents.but at last bank rejected my application of loan on the ground taht I was not owner of my own house. moreover at the time of submission of application I specifically told to the SBI officials that I am a tenant and residing since 12 years in allahabad in a houseregarding this I submitted all relevant documents. I have to say that at teh time of submission of form why the SBI officials did not tell me papers regarding owner of a house is must? Thereafter I sent sms to lucknow regarding carloan and thereafter lucknow SBI OFFICIALS informed at allahabad bank officials and teh sbi allahabad phoned me that I should meet them and they asked me to submit necessary documents for the carloan, he said that fixed deposits must be with me which is equal to the loan amount. PLEAS TELL ME THAT WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE REALLY REQUIRED BY YOU OR YOUR BANK BECAUSE ONE OFFICIAL SAYS ONE THING AND ANOTHER SAYS DIFFERENT BUT I ASK YOU THAT WHAT ARE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS WHICH IS NECESSARILY REQUIRED FOR LOAN. MY EXPERIENCE HAS A DIFFERENT VIEW THAT EACH BRANCH MANAGER HAS OWN WHIMS AND THEY WANT TO IMPOSE DIFFERENT CONDITIONS. I SAY THAT FIRST TIME PEOPLE MUST BE INFORMED THAT WHAT ARE BASIC AND NECESSARY WHICH IS REQUIRED, THIS WILL SAVETHE TIME OF PEOPLE LIKE YOURS BECAUSE TIME OF PEOPLE IS EQUALLY IMPORTANT LIKE YOUR AND ALSO BECAUSE PEOPLE IS NOT A THING OR ROUGH OBJECT WHICH MAY BE ROTATE ANY TIME BY ANYONE. KINDLY EMPLOY THE TRAINED PERSONALS FOR THE PURPOSE WHO SHOULD BE SINCERE TOWARDS THE PUBLIC.
      Sir,
      I had taken a car loan in 2007 for 7 years along with sbi life. I have cleared the loan in April 2009 before the loan period. Now I am availing fresh loan of Rs 3 lacs but Branch Manager SBI, Gadchandur is insisting for SBI life which I am not interested .I was told to either get the SBI life policy or submit LIC policy in original .
      I want to know, whether it necessary to take SBI life along with car loan fi not then is it necessary to submit LIC policy in original.
      Further since I have cleared my previous car loan account whether the previous Sbi life policy can be transferred against fresh loan for the balance period.
      I need an early reply from your end so that I acn decide for going ahead with the loan process or drop it.

      i have taken a car loan from your bank (amberpet branch, car loan a/c no.[protected]) for a period of 5 years, and i have submitted 36 checks for three years and later last month i have submitted ECS filled application according bank officials advice, (there was no feeback from the bank ) but i have been receiving the notices for the irregular running account, it was a embarrasing situation to any body inspite of maintaining good bank balance, and in this regard i have mailed several times to racpc.[protected]@sbi.co.in, but no response at all, then i vistied the racps offfice and coulnot get proper response from the bank officials and i eventually closed the car loan account.

      This is the way the the great attitude of sbi officers, and if this go on continues the reputation of the sbi will tarnish without any doubt, atleast i will not approach nor recommend any of friends, collegues and patients for car loan or any other loan in your bank.

And need payment to the Car owner by cheque for the Cost of fuel. If the owner not get the amount in the due time, He will stop the car. For that, Company running loss, So, We have need clearance of cheque immediately, Maximum 24 ( Twenty four ) hours. Otherwise, Company facing much problem in the carrying business.

      Dear sir,

      I have applied for car loan with SBI. Since I did not got any response for past 20 days I tried contacting the branch manager (B.N Prasad of Meerut Baghpat Road Meerut)) he replied that the verification process is still not complete.
      How many days does it takes to complete the verification process when the file is complete.
      Even I have raised the complaint through the online form provided and my complaint number is CC[protected]
      The customer service numbers provided above are of no use as no one takes the call. For the toll free number provided i.e. [protected]…the number is infinitely busy.
      I kept on holding the line for more than an hour but there was no response.
      It is frustating as well depressing.
      I have lost the dealer benefits of Rs. 25000 as I needed the loan by 31st May 2010.

      SBI is a big brand and treatment to the customers is extremely poor.

      Is this how a nationalised banks work.

      Please do the needful asap.

        Hi i am a software developer in oracle corporation bangalore.A few days ago one SBI representative came to our office for opening SBI credit cards and SBI saving account.I applied for SBI credit card and also gave him 6 passport size photos, driving license copy, 2months salary slips, pan card copy, address proof along with 500 Rs for opening an check book account.He was asking for 1000rs i paid him 500rs at spot he gave me one deposit slip to fill against depost of 1000rs.He said that next day he will come and collect remaining 500rs from me and will give me recipt for deposit and after 8 days u ll get ur atm and checkbook.But till today when more than 5 days have passed he hasn`t come to collect remaining 500Rs and to give me deposit reciept.His name is vinod and cell no. is [protected].Acc to him he works for SBI MG road branch Bangalore.I have attempted many times to call him but each time he either doesn`t pick up my call or switches off his cell phone.My name is dheeraj kumar, DOB: June 26, 1983, Resident of mallheshpalya bangalore, 560075.Cell no. is [protected].Could you please enquire against this scam done by one of your repersentative with me.You know it shakes customer`s trust.

My complaint is that I'm not receiving my bills since last three months but to receive only messages on my cell for amount to pay due to which I had to pay an extra amount Rs.500 approx as interest, after this I spoken to your customer care executive & she assured me that if I pay total outstanding Rs.3071 before 04.08.08 then no late fee will be applicable further but I surprise to see another message from your bank for the payment of Rs.460.46 with the due date of 24.08.08. Can you please look in the matter ?

        I have taken a loan of Rs, 20, 420/- from your bank on dated 01.04.08 [as per request of your executive], he told me that you will pay Rs. 3607*6 installements for the above said amount nothing be extra exept processing fees of rs. 409.00. But you have extra chages on my card. I wrote a mail you but you could not reply me. Plese keep goodwill of bank in your mind and provide me justice. The detail of extra charges are as follows :

        You chaged rs. 560 on the statment dt 23.4.08 [rs. 350.00 as late payment charges]



        and statement dated 23.07.08 total amount due was rs 3442.63 and i have deposited rs. 3443.00 at time, your bank again charged me rs. 350.0 as late payment charge.

        Total amount due toward me was : Rs. 20420+1225+408+110= 22, 163.00

        I have deposited the amount [4015+4700+3800+3443+3665=19623.00]

        the balance amount due towards me is Rs. [[protected]=2540]. I have all documentary proof of the payment and hard copy of statement, i will pay only rs. 2540 in your next satement due date, please check it on your behalf, and reply me.

        Please keep goodwill of bank in your mind and don, t hrass me.

              SBI — error in filling SBI clerk post form

              There is an serious error while filling the forms of the clerk post in sbi. we are facing a great trouble and trying since many hours.WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS???????????????????
              it is crime, because you cant enter any option in application without your knowledge or sense. so Send a Letter to SBI stating the above matter and keep a copy with you. If you select in return test and all, while on interview you can explain the same.

                I have applied for homeloans from sbi bank.My entire docs and details are all complete however for a disbursement to be given i had to give a letter.When i called up the Head office at BKC and spoke to the concernered officer name Madhavi.She in the first place does not pick up calls on the other hand she just abuses on the phone saying.Is this the time to call(had called during branch hours at 3:00 pm) on the other hand she just refuses to listen and bangs the phone.I complained this to the AGM ie Mr Bokhare and he too was the same on the phone.I told him that i wanted to speak to madhavi more about home loans since the processing was pending and she disc the line.To this Mr Bokhare said.. Then U dont speak more... speak how much is required.This shocked me completly as to if the BM can speak this way.. a staff like madhavi is beyound expectations.I have applied for 40 lakhs from the bank.. and now am cancelling the loan due to this digusting and non responsive behaviour of Madhavi.Wish strict action can be taken to avoid further inconvenice to ther cm's.Am also asking my bro who has applied for 60 lakh loan to take it from hdfc.. SBI surely has a pthetic service

                Today at 4 p.m I went to the SBI BRT, Begusarai Branch with my business partner, Mr. Aftab Alam, against His Complain No: CC[protected] because the Branch Manager Mr.
                Abhay Kumar Sinha called him telephonically to resolve his complain. At the office we were asked to wait for a while outside the chamber of Branch Manager. After few minutes the
                Branch Manager came out from his chamber and asked me to leave the office, at this aftab said that he is with me, at this he reacted and slapped me.
                after this we were surprised that how can he react so? Such Circumstances really make me suppressed. If a Responsible Officer like a Branch Manager is Reacting with Customers in Such Manner then How any one would reveal his problem to the Bank.
                I have a Question that why I should go to Bank further? It is requested to Take Disciplinary Action against Mr. Abhay Kumar Sinha (Branch Manager) otherwise I will never go to branch and i will not be responsible in case my loan Accounts are Being Non-Payment.

                    I Pravin kumar singh account no.of Sbi [protected] did an ATM withdrawl on 29th april 08 at about 8.23pm.But there is some problem with that SBI ATM of Bikash Bhawan, salt lake kolkata, so from my withdrawn 15000 R, only i was able to collect 14500 RS.only, and rest 500RS.taken back by ATM and my withdrawl slip showed 15000RS debit.i went to Jeevandeep branch of SBI, kolkata and given an application to solve my problem on 08.05.08., then went to SBI, Bikash Bhawan salt lake kolkata and given an application to concerned officer.But my problem not solved by them.so please do the needful, so that i can get my money back.
                    ATM Complaints - Withdrawl money taken back by ATM

                    I had an account in ICICI Bank & I did an ATM withdrawl from CITIBANK ATM on 8th Feb 2009 at about 6.30pm.But there is some problem with that CITIBANK ATM of Sector-18 Noida, I was Rs 12000/-withdrawn from that ATM, but I was able to collect 5000/- Rs.only, and rest 7000/- Rs.taken back by ATM and my withdrawl slip showed 12000/- Rs debited. I had complaint on Citibank customer care, they told me, they can't do any help of me. I had complaint on My bank(ICICI Bank) Customer Care, he told me that I am forwarding you compain (SR[protected], we will get back to you after 8 working days. After 8 working days, when I contact customer care, they told me your amount can't refund. But I debate they said, we will foward your compain (SR[protected] to higher authorities. Please advice me what should i do now, so that I can get back my money

                      I went SBI (Udhagamandalam) branch for opening a savings account on[protected]Monday) .But due to shortage of manpower, they said that the account openings can be done only after Wednesday. When I approached the Deputy Manager, he responded in a very bitter manner. I never expected from a Deputy Manager of a reputed bank to respond so rudely. He openly told to me and few other people who want opening account that 'why can't you people open accout in some other bank or branch' in a rude tone. I feel the customer treatment in SBI is the worst. Being a Govt organization, they have no consideration for public (and few of them are unfit to be in the managerical role).

                      Dear Sir,

                      I Hisamuddin Mohiuddin Kazi an Account Holder of your Bank/ East Street, Gulmohar Building Branch, Pune, India. Bearing an A/C No. [protected]. Withdrawal of Rs. 20, 000/- was done by myself from Appa Balwant ATM on 09/04/09 at 22:12 pm (ATM ID S1AN[protected]. After the withdrawal, the Bal. Amount was of Rs. 46, 777.60/- but when I did transaction on 10/04/09 at 22:34pm (ATM ID S1AN[protected] of Rs. 20, 000/- from the same ATM the Bal. Amount was shown Rs. 6, 777.60/-, where as I have done only One Transaction on 10/04/09. But my statement is showing Two Transaction on dated 10/04/09 which is false as per my knowledge. And One Transaction on 11/04/09 which is again False. When the A/C is showing Bal. of Rs. 6, 777.60/- how can it will be possible to withdraw Amt. of Rs. 20, 000/- on 11/04/09.
                      I have also attached is the Xerox Copy of Statement for their Reference.
                      After knowing the following deduction of Amt. Rs. 20, 000/- I immediately went to the Bank of 11/04/09 with the application. I was assured by the bank authority that the application will be sent to the Head Branch Nr. Treasury Office, Pune and in couple of days you will be informed. But when on 15/04/09 when I went to Bank the check the following matter, I have been told that your application is with the Head Branch, so you just visit our Head Branch and let them know the following issue. I went to the Head Branch, their the authorised person told me that you will come to know from your Branch where you hold the A/C. Since then I am regularly in follow-up with the Bank Authorities but their is No Answer from any one as well as from the Bank Manager too.

                      My complaint has become a petty issue for them but it means a lot for me by visiting Bank, Standing in a cue, wasting my time, getting mentally as well as physically harassed and receiving a blank answer as in reply . Now almost 20 days have passed and their is no reply after giving written as well as verbal reminders.
                      I am not the only person facing such problems but their are many A/C holders who are suffering due to lack of loyalty with work.

                      Now the Second Issue : I got a Pay Order from HDFC Bank (Centralised Clearing, Pune) dated 27/04/09 of Rs.1, 30, 408/- which I deposited in My A/C (No. [protected]) on 27/04/09. Which was supposed to be cleared by 30/04/09, but when I went to the Bank to withdraw the Amount, I the surprisingly came to know that the Pay Oder was returned to HDFC Bank with some Other Reason. When I checked the issue, with the HDFC Bank authorities, they said that it is perfectly Clear from their side and the problem with your SBI Bank. Till date I was unable to know the valid reason from the SBI Bank authorities. It has seriously effected my business relations with the party to whom the payment was suppose to be done. My name has been spoiled for the mistake which is not done by me and definitely it will effect me in future relations.

                      I sincerely think, that I should take this matter in a Legal way by taking the Bank and the following Authorities to the Law of Court under Customer Act.

                      I kindly request you to look in the matter at your earliest.

The matter should be taken care of by the higher authorities or while recruitment of staff itself some etiquette and manners are to be taught to them

                        Dear Sir/Mam,

                        I am Himangshu Agarwal, writing on behalf of my father Mr. Ramesh Agarwal.

                        He is carrying an SBI Credit Card, but due to some reason he could not pay his dues in time. They asked him about the settlement, & when he agreed, they were suppose to give us a settlement letter within 7 days which they did not give till next one month due to which he did not deposit money in his account for cheque clearance & that cheque got bounced.

                        Then in last two months they asked for Rs. 8, 000.00 per month as settled/agreed amount, now only Rs.4, 000 left. Last month when he asked about clearance letter, they told we will get it after paying the last installment. Now in this month when SBI people called up for Rs. 4, 000, & when my father asked them about that letter, now they are saying that settlement has been canceled as it has already crossed 3 months. Then how they could ask for 16, 000 in last two months as settlement amount.

                        Now repeatedly they are calling, everyday. Although every day I am giving the same reply that he is out of station & will be back after 10 days. They are calling 3-4 times a day. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. I am ready to my balance Rs. 4, 000 but I should get my clearance letter.

                        I HAD AN SBI CREDIT CARD WHICH WAS SETTLED IN MARCH 2007 AND GOT A CONFORMATION FOR THE SAME FROM SBI REPRESENTATIVE TELEPHONICALLY N WEN ASKED FOR THE PROOF OF SETTLEMENT, WAS TOLD BY THE REP THAT THE COLLECTOR WHO CAME TO COOLECT THE DUES WOULD BE WRITING ON THE RECIPT THAT ITS A FULL AND FINAL PAYMENT AND DID SO BUT NOW AFER A YEAR I GET A NOTICE FRM THE LAWER FROM SBI STATING THAT DUES ARE UNPAID AND WILL FILE A SUIT AS U ARE PUT UNDER DEFAULTERS LIST AND LEGAL PROCCEDINGS WOULD BE CONDUCTED AGAINST YOU.WE SHUD NOT BE PENALISED SO PLZ GUIDE WAT TO DO.

                          On 10 May 2008, i used my SBI ATM cum Debit card at SHreeShivam Garment shop Durg Chhattisgarh for the bill of Rs 1265/.. After swiping the card in the card machine and entering my PIN number nothing happened and i had to pay cash of Rs 1265/.to the shop.
                          On 13 May 2008 on checking account statement I found Rs 1265/. debited from my saving account. I contacted the shop, but as per them they have not received the amount. When I contacted my SBI sector 10 Bhilai branch, they asked me to check garment shop accounts. Then I contacted SBI customer care Bhopal who gave me email id to write down the complaint([protected]@sbi.co.in) on 16/5/2008 and again reminder on 19/5/2008. But till date there is no answer. As the money transfer was electronic, SBI should provide the trace the transaction and credit my account .

                          Whenever U visit star India Bazzar at ahmedabad & purchase goods above certain value(say Rs. 1000/-) they offer you to take their credit card. This was I have applied for the same 3-4 times with supporting documents.Even answered the phone calls multiple times. But nothing happens. No response.

                          BAnk of india ATM issue — debit amount from the account when swapped in the shop

                          I purchased some food item from Big Bazaar in the beginning of this month around Rs 3717. i use debit card most of the time but when i had given my card to swapped in the Big Bazaar they swapped but in the swapping machine it showed decline then they swapped my card again then the amount of Rs 3717 was deducted but i did'nt know that bank will deduct Rs 3717 twice when i took the mini statement it showed me that the amount was deducted twice. i rushed to the shop and told about this shop manager said this is not their fault but this is Bank fault and they gave me a letter stating the deduction of 3717 twice. I went to the bank and submitted the paper but bank is telling that this will take one month or more then that to credit in your account i agreed and submitted the paper. Then after a week i went to Pantaloons to purchase a jeans i gave my card to swap they also did it twice and the amount of Rs1234 was deducted twice my account. and one again i faced all the problem a get a letter from pantaloon and then submitted to the bank. When i asked the Bank who is responsible for the this again bank said that complain to the ATM department who is in delhi.
                          1. MY Question is If their is no transaction is showing for the perticular Amount then why Bank is deducting unnecessarily.
                          2. Bank is deducting money in a second with out but why is so much time time to return bank the customer money

                          This is P Srikanth Babu, Iam the account holder of the SBI, nandyal which is located in the Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh.

                          I have lost my amount of Rs.900/- from my account without my attention. It was happend on thursday of 17/07/2008. I have drawn the amount of rs.1000/- in the same in a two transactions means i drawn Rs.100/- in the morning around 9:30am to 10:00 am between and Rs.900/- drawn in the Night around the 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

                          After these transactions, no transaction was happend by myself. But, i went to draw amount at night(18/7/2008 at around 10:00 pm), i found the Rs.900/- Drawn on 17/7/2008 without my attention.

                          I am requesting you to provide the information of the same, by whom it has been drawn from my account.
                          Could we get the timings fo transactions & Photos by whom it has been drawn eaxctly?

                          I request tou, please find the timings of transactions for the debiting of my money as soon as possible.

                          i am the ATM holder of S.B.I. my card number is[protected]. it is issued by bazar branch from chapra (bihar).on 3rd of august i had gone to police line S.B.I atm in lucknow to withdraw th money but ican't get the mony from there but i was got a slip on which unable to process was written there. when i had checked my a/c balance then it shows that you have RS.2400.34 in your a/c. after that i was that gone in state bank of indore to withdraw the money but i can't get from there also. when i had checked my a/c then its shows that you have only RS.400.34 in your a/c.How it is possible that without getting money i was debited by RS.2000 which is not recieved by me. i had given two cmpliants in lucknow main branch (in form of fax). but they did not informed that why this was taken place. again i had withdrawn 400 hundred rupees on 19th of august. when i had checked my a/c it shows that RS.2334.15 is in your a/c. Today i had gone to state bank of indore for withdraw the money then i can't get money but i got a slip on which (sorry unable to process)
                          was written there. when i had checked my a/c then it shows that you have only 1934.15 instead of 2334.15 becouse i had not made any transaction after 19 august. i had withdraw only one time of rs.400 but in mini statement it is shows that transaction has made two times. i don't understand what should i have to do. sir i am belongs from a middle class family and Rs.2400 is big thing for us. so i m requesting you to do soime thing to return back my money otherwise i will lodge a F.I.R against the state bank of india.

                          Hi, My self OP OJHA from Noida.We all in noida are facing similar type of problem in SBI ATM Machines. Genrally they are not working are (out of order)or there is no cash.I feel there is no use of such ATM Machines.These machines are wasting the time of there customers.In Noida there are some ATM Machines of ASI and SBP who are in sector 39 and sector 50 these machines are always out of order.there is no body to take care of there customers.People use to rush from one to other than to other and then other but no results.Same problem is with every ATM of sate bank ATM. I feel this is a Govt. Bank that is why this all is happning. There are lot many private bannks where no problem is occring.

                          As per subject cited above i would like to draw your kind attention to the below narrated matter of a Transcation of Rs. 40, 000/-( Rupees forty thousand only).

                          a/c with - SBI tonk.
                          please note that we have swiped our ATM card no[protected] at Shalby hospital limited, ahmedabad (on HDFC POS PRCH machine). the transcation was incomplete and message was error in swiping but our account had lost Rs 40000/- and shalby hospital account did not get that amount into their account. same we have cross checked with HDFC bank. so please look into matter and reverse the amount in our account as soon as possible as we have to pay that amount to shalby hospital without which they will not dischage the patient.

                          Cash not dispensed in ATM but account debited. 03 reminders given by me, but no response has ben recd till date from your end.                           One month back, I went to SBI ATM and tried to withdraw Rs. 15000. There was some problem in the machine so I could not withdraw. Then I went to another ATM and and withdrawn 15000. On checking the balance, I saw that Rs.20, 000 had been deducted from my account before itself. I have put many complaints. But, the bank says that they dont have any log for that. According to their log, we had withdrawn 20000 from ATM and on checking found that the money withdrawl is shown from that ATM which was not working. I have been complaining that at that time there was some problem in the machine and I could not withdraw. The bank manager says that there might be some technical problem and the bank cannot do anything in such technical faults. This is the responsibility they show. I have lost 20000 rupees and they say that they dont have any resposibility. Anyways, I have already withdrawn all my money from that bank. I had opened account in SBI and transferred all my amount there thinking that it is a government bank and is secure. But I was wrong. I have lost 20000 rupees and immediately after the incident, I have withdrawn all my money from there leaving minimum amount. I tried to explain many times that in my transaction I had tried to withdraw 15000, but due to problem in machine, it could not be withdrawn, but the amount deducted from my account is 20000. I have tried to explain many times that first of all, money was not withdrwan. Secondly, 20000 was deducted from my account and not 15000. That means, might be somebody else's transaction have been deducted from my account. But, they are not checking anything. They say in these kind of technical faults, they dont have any responsibility. I have already put an online complaint also and waiting for its result before I take any legal action. But, till now, there is no response from there.

But, if I dont get any response for some more days, I'll anyways take legal action but apart from this, I'll publish this incident in newspaper so that innocent public will become aware and will be alert. When i enter my pin of 3rd digit atm screen open of my account (without entering 4rth disit) than i fill withdrawl amount rs. 10k but its not accept due to there is no cash of excees rs. 100/- so your security ask apply for rs. 3000/- than you r gets withdrawl. but important metter is thats how can open screen without entering 4th disit.                           SBI — Double payment debit

                          I had transacted 5000 rs from Malancha ATM, Tollyganj, Kolkata.But unfortunately it got double debited, and i found 5000 rs less from my account.That day i also had not got the receipt.So, can you kindly look into this matter so that I can regain my money.

                          I have been writing emails for this complaint but I have not received any response to my emails. Either refund my money or give answers to all my queries that I have asked in the email.

                          My queries are as follows and all my queries are valid. There is nothing that the bank should not answer:

                          1) What proof do you have that there was no technical fault? Did you even check the machine when we reported the prolem that there is some problem or not? No, no-one took any action at that time. We kept standing after inserting the card for nearly 4-5 minutes until the next person inserted the card. Is it not any technical fault? And suddenly I am told that I have done a transaction of 20000 which was done successfully.
                          2) As I said in my earlier emails, I had tried a withdrawl of 15000, but 20000 debited from my account. Do, you have any valid reason for that when there was no technical fault?
                          3) You say that do not allow anyone inside the ATM until I finish my transaction. Please let me know that this is controlled by customers using ATM or by guards appointed by the bank outside the ATM machine.
                          4) You neither have camera installed inside the ATMs nor have you appointed any guard outside the ATMs. If public start losing money from ATms without any transactions then please tell me who is responsible for that?
                          You have robbed me just because of your negligence and lack of responsiblity by not taking action at right time and then you say that you dont have any responsibility.
                          Please answer my questions and let me know that what step does bank take to prevent any other such incidents from taking place.
                          Apart from this, I don't agree with the response that you have provided to my complaint. In regard to my complaint and to get the proof, I need the ATM machine statements of that day including the opening and closing balance of that ATM machine. I want to have that ATM machine statements for the whole day for legal purposes and I have the right to have it.
                          This complaint cannot be closed like this. I need proof of whatever you have stated. I dont agree with any of the statement that has been given to me without proof.

                          Hi All,

                          A similar thing happened with me...

                          On 30th June 09, Rs.1780 was debited twice from my account when I tried to make the payment using my SBI ATM-CUM-Debit card (at a Bata store).

                          This is what happnd::::
                          The shopkeeper swiped the card twice on his debit card machine but the bill didn't come out. So I went to the nearest SBI ATM to withdraw cash. When I saw my balance was so less, I felt that something was amiss. So I took a mini statement, in which to my surprise I found out that Rs.1780 was debited twice from my account. Frustrated, I went to the Bata store and asked them to check their account. They told me not to worry as this is what happens sometimes with SBI cards. They showed me the list of transactions from their debit card machine in which I verified that 1780 was nowhere present. Finally, I made the payment by cash.

                          The next day I went to a nearby SBI branch where they asked me to submit a written application along with a copy of the bill paid in cash plus the mini statement at my branch. (I was also informed that as there were around 27, 000 such cases pending it may take around 120 days for the amount to be credited to my account. I was also asked to avoid using the card for purchase (which is ridiculous)).
                          I went to the Bata store and took a xerox of their Bank statement just to be on the safe side.

                          On 2nd July, I submitted a written application at my SBI branch along with a xerox of the bank statement, mini statement and a copy of the bill paid in cash. The cash manager said "The reverse string has already come and the amount will be credited within 2 days. Had the reverse string not come, the amount would have been pending with the server and it would have taken time to be credited to your account".
                          He assured me that the amt would be credited to my account shortly.

                          Luckily, as the cash manager had said, the money was credited to my saving A/C on 4th July 2009(within 2 days).Though I was annoyed at what had happened I am impressed by their prompt response.

                          Those who have similar problems, I would like to suggest them to submit a written application at their respected branch along with the following documents:
                          1. A copy of the bill u paid in cash (very important).
                          2. A copy of the bank statement of the Shop (of the day when the transaction occured) (not sure whether reqd. but i had provided)
                          3. mini statement(i had provided it but not reqd. as they can get these details from your acc no.)
                          In the application do mention the foll:
                          1. your A/C no.
                          2. your debit card no.
                          3. Description of what happened.
                          4. Request to credit the amount to your account

                          On 12th November, 2009 - thursday at 8.05 PM, I had tried to withdraw an amount of Rs. 2000/- from Yes bank ATM Counter at Sector-15 Faridabad. I inserted the ATM Card and completed all the related procedures. Before I could collect the money, money automatically went inside the ATM machine and message flashed on screen transaction completed. I opted to cancel the transition but the ATM card was also went inside the machine. Thereafter nothing could be done to get my ATM cum Debit card and money. Hence no cash received and neither the customer advise slip came from the machine. I have checked the account and found that Rs. 2000 has been debited to my account.

                          Request to please block my debit card and take up with Yes Bank for recovery of Rs. 2000/- and credit my account.

                          I had withdrawn Rs 40,000/- from SBI ATM Pokharan Road No 2 on 25/10/09.

                          On 28/10/09 when I checked my account balance (mini statement attached) it is showing a Debit of Rs 100,000/- instead of Rs 40,000/- which is the Daily cash limit.

                          SBI Pokhran Rd Branch Thane has confirmed that only Rs 40,000/- was withdrawn and not Rs 1,00000/- as shown in the mini statement. They have advised me to send the Claim Form to SBI East Street Pune. (DTDC Courier docket no M47726802 dt 28/10/09 which was received by SBI East Street Pune on 29/10/09.

                          I have been following up with the SBI East Street Pune ATM incharge last week for reversal of Rs 60000/-. On 03/11/09, Rs 20000/- has been reversed. Rs 40,000/- is still pending to be credited.

                          It is one month and SBI East Street Pune is not responding.

                          State Bank of India — Saying that they are not responsible for the Cash with drawn from their ATM

                          Hi, I drawn cash from SBI ATM Viman Nagar branch. I got one note which is teared off at the end of the note. When I immediately submitted the note in the bank they are not accepting the note. The person responsible in dealing with cash issues, named Mrs. Khande is not at all responding and saying that they are not responsible. She even not hearing the branch manager then what is the role of manager when no one hear his/her words. Mrs. Khande is asking us to go to treasury office and change the note. My question is if the bank is not taking the responsibility of exchanging the notes then why do we need to trust SBI. I went to branch two times regarding this issue. First day they asked me to come on next day and on second day they saying that they are not responsible and asking us to do what ever we can. When I asked her name to complain to higher levels she is not saying her name. If there is no mistake from her end why she is hiding her name. [protected] and atm card no.[protected].on 15/11/2009 he went to ASANSOL RAILWAY STATION atm to withdraw cash.He swiped his card and entered his PIN no. then the machine turned to welcome screen.Again he swiped the card and gave PIN no. the same thing happend.Third time he swiped his card and gave his PIN no. this time the screen turned to blue and no response was given by the atm machine.On the same day he went to another atm at s.b.gorai rd, asansol atm there he sucessfuly withdrew Rs.1500/-.On taking mini statement he was surprised that Rs.1500/- and RS.15000/- were debited from his account.He did not put any such amount of Rs.15000/- on that day.in any atm.On approaching to his banker they only say that they are seeing his problem but after lapse of 15 days such a huge amount has not been credited to his account yet i.e upto29/11/2009.

                          Due to some technical reasons my request has not been processed by SBI.

                          State Bank of India — after more than 4 months do not send pin of DEBIT CUM YUVA CARD

                          Sir, i sudhir kumar thakur with a/c no. [protected] want to lodge a complain against my branch that after moe than 4 months they are unable to issue my pin of DEBIT CUM YUVA CARD. ATM Manger have not copreat me on this matter because they do not want to issue any yuva card. so, i have to face difficulties and i request you please go through this matter immediattely
                          I have a debit card No.[protected], on dated: 29.03.2010 Rs. 1, 000/- has been debited to my account. Unfortunetely during the ATM use I have presssed the Visa transfer to my another visa account. But it is matter of regret neither my another account is credited by Rs. 1, 000/- nor it is being reflected in my account with SBI.

                          Please let us inform me immediately, where & how my amount of Rs. 1000/- is transfered.

                              I have an saving account no. [protected] in State Bank of India Jawala Puri, Nangloi Delhi. I had withdrawn cash of Rs.4000/- on 25.04.08 at 01:57 PM from ATM which is situated in Jawala Puri, Nangloi branch. When i have check my balance on 19.05.08 i surprise that my balance is low and another withdrawn entry of Rs.20000/- on same my last withdrawn date 25.04.08. I have reported to this error to branch manager but he refuse me to take my complaint and talk with me vulgar language.
                              I am a labour class working man and i have save my hard earn money in bank which is lost due to unkown error and i feel help less about this matter. So you are requested to please consider my matter and recover my hard earn money.

                              I tried to withdraw 20, 000/- from my ATM cum debit card from Sushant lok Branch-Phase-1 ATM on 20th May 2008( I have account in same branch with A/c-[protected])I got 20, 000 but when i got my statement slip its showing two transaction for Rs. 20, 000/- with same reference ID. I have informed to Branch Manager and submit the application for its rectification.

                                I M WORKING FOR CALL CENTER, THE COMPANY ASKED ME TO OPEN SALARY ACCOUNT, SINCE I DID NOT HAVE MY ADD PROOF THE BANK WHICH HAD TO OPEN MY SALARY ACCNT ASKED ME TO GET SIGNATURE VERIFICATION FROM THE BANK WHEREIN I HAVE AN ACOUNT. I VISITED THE SBI MANGOR HILL BRANCH ON 20/01/10.THERE WAS ONLY ONE BANKER (A GENTLEMAN WITH SPECS)AND A LADY WORKING IN THT BRANCH.WHEN I REQUESTED THE BANKER TO PROVIDE ME THE STAMP AND SIGN ON THE VERIFICATION FORM, HE REFUSED TO SIGN.HE ASKED ME WHETHER I AM READY TO PAY RS. 100/- FOR THE SAME. I WAS SHOCKED TO HEAR THIS.IT WAS VERY NECESSARY FOR ME TO GET THAT VERIFICATION DONE, SINCE I HAD NO OTHER OPTION.HE ALSO TOLD ME SINCE U HAVE PAID, ALL THE WORK WILL B DONE.ATLAST I PAID AND GOT OUT OF THE BANK. I REALLY WANT TO COMPLAIN AGAINST THAT BANKER. MY COLLEGUES DID THE SAME THROUGH OTHE BANKS WITHOUT PAYING A RUPEE. EVEN AFTER HAVING SAVINGS ACCNT IN THT BRANCH WHY SHLD I PAY FOR SUCH WORK.                                     i m sbi cap sec online trading customer. i applied 3 months ago for online trading. now my demat as well as online banking account is open. but yet i cant do online trading becouse in fund lien it gives error "E-broking registration is not available contact branch" . I make a complaint of this error number of times but no reply and no correction. my suggetion is dont opent sbi online account open other online trading account like hdfc and others. i m very errited from the sbi. it is best band in saving and other account but very poor in demat and online trading so dont opent demat account in sbi


                                    also if any one know the solution of this problem please e-mail me
                                    visit your respective bank branch and request them to provide you netbanking which is demat enabled, carry the documents ...errorneously sbicaps has not mapped your bank account, so u have to approach the bank branch as well as sbicaps to rectify this.
