[Resolved]  SBI ATM withDRAWAL — SBI ATM RESPONSE CODE 094

I made a with drawl of Rs 5000/ from ATM ID-S1AN[protected]SBI ATM Veer Sawankar, Dadar, Mumbai) on date 05April2010. I received a transaction slip stating TXN No-444, Response code 094 with message "unable to process"; but no cash came out.
To my shock when i checked my a/c on "www.onlinesbi.com" it is reflecting a debit of Rs 5000/- for the same transaction. I am unable to get through the 24 hrs customer care neither the toll free no([protected]) nor the Bangalore no[protected].

Is it not illegal to refuse withdrawal of amount from the savings account without any reason but with some response codes which most of the bank staffs even do not know. Recently, there was a dispute in the court of law which clearly confirmed that this kind of activity by the Banks is illegal. Please let me know what the response code 094 actually means.
