[Resolved]  SBI Bank — for new account opening

I want to open a new account in sbi bank nagpur, firstly i went to medical square branch but they told me that the resposible person is on leave, They called me after two days but again he is not available
it continues up to 2 weeks after i met with him they told that Account Capacity is full so you can go to other branches and open the account. I went to the nearest baranch of SBI at manewada Nagpur but they also told me that you have to come after 12 th Jan becos the Responsible person is on leave.

My complaint is that when some staff is on leave they must provide some substitute, becouse i am waiting from one month to open an account.
