My name is sreekanth.i am working here in bangalore in HP as a financial executive. i am basically from kerala. so this complaint is about the bad experiences which i have got from the SBI bilekalli branch. its not only a complaint from my side only, most of the customers are facing this same issue. so i am writing this mail on behalf of them. the issue is with regards to the deposit of money. Everytime for depositing the money, the customers have to stand in a que more that 1 hour beacuse there are totally 7 single window counters are there in this branch. but they are opening only one counter for cash transfer and receiving/depositing purpose. and the peple were always used to stand till the main road. When i informed the manager about this issue, he asked me that in which branch i have opened my account. when i told him its in kerala, he reacted like a mad dog and told that we are not suppose to serve the customers from outside our branch. And he also told that there are totally 80 branches in bagalore, so can go to any of that branches and dnt expect much from our side. we are here for serving our customers only, means the people who have account in that branch only. Then i have one question to the SBI authirities that what they are meant by customer service. if you people are doing like this, nobody will be continue their transaction with this bank. moreover that most of my friends and relatives withdrew their account from SBI and i also planning to withdrew my account. Now we are maintaining our account only because their is no brach for another banks in my place. So please take it as a request and take appropriate action immediately. My parents is using the service of SBI from more than 20 years. by hearing this kind of issues, they are asking for withdrawing their account from SBI. so we are expecting an immediate response for the side of authorities against this manager and branch.
