We have a homeloan from SBI, Bilekahalli branch and the experience so far has been apalling. Atleast 2 - 3 times a year, there are home loan EMI deduction disrepencies. EMI deduction changes without any change in instructions and even after complaining, there will be no response from the bank.
Only after a personal visit, do they decide to do something about it and in another two months, its back to square one again.
