We have a homeloan from SBI, Bilekahalli branch and the experience so far has been apalling. Atleast 2 - 3 times a year, there are home loan EMI deduction disrepencies. EMI deduction changes without any change in instructions and even after complaining, there will be no response from the bank.
Only after a personal visit, do they decide to do something about it and in another two months, its back to square one again.
We unfortunately chose SBI considering it a safe and nationalized bank. But now we are ready to move our home loan to more responsive new age banks. Not that whether we move or not, SBI really cares Was this information helpful? |
