I used State Bank of India Debit card to draw money thru ICICI ATM CENTRE (ICICI Bank ATM,

NTPC RESIDANCE SECTOR-33 NOIDA GUATAM BUDH NAGAR )

I have not yet received any money from icici atm centre but my account showed me debit of Rs.5500.00, (DATE:-21/05/2009) I have made complaint through STATE BANK OF INDIA, BARAULA(05411) SECTOR 41 NOIDA GAUTAM BUDH NAGAR AT DATE OF 23/05/2009. But there is no replay till date. Please send me reply for wrong debit of Rs 5500.00 RS

Credit Card — deducting extra amount inspite of arrears paid

complaint regarding A/c No. [protected]:

I have dropped cheque for the entire due amount of Rs. 9030/- on[protected] and it was honoured on 7-01-08 through Karnataka Bank, E.C. M.M Court, Nrupathunga Raod Branch, Bangalore and the due date for paying due was on 10-01-08. Inspite of that minimum due of Rs. 1830/- was deducted from my CitiBank Suvida A/c. This has happened second time . you neither deducted that minimum due from next balance or shown in the statement. please clarify.

Audit General Haryana — ATM CARD & ATM PIN

I have applied for new atm card for my SB the account no.[protected] on the 10-11 Oct. but till date I m suffering so many problems.m
on 23/10/2008 I recieved SMS from your Good office given below. But when I visit your Sector 9 C branch their is no positive response from your officals. They said tHAT the Card has been sent at your home and there was lock at home. They Show me some Courier records. I came Back home. When my address in account is my office address not home address.
ON 23/10/2008 SR83654585 CARD SENT TO THE CHANDIGARH SECTOR 9 C BRANCH PLZ COLLECT IT AFTER 3 DAYS OR WITH IN 3 WEEKS.
on 31/10/2008 again visit to branch for ATM PIn but all in vain. Again they said the courier went to your home and there is noboady at home. I want some clarifications from ur end that why it has been sent to my home address .? and If has been sent to Home address why it has not been deleiverd. Becoz some one always remains at home.

Plz tell me the reasons for the delay in atm pin.

State Bank of India — Discrepencies in pension

Sir,
My mother Smt. Jagti devi has a pension account No.[protected], in SBI Indraprastha Estate Branch(1187)Since the starting, there are many descrepencies in the pension amount as it was not according to the PPO.In this regard we had complained in written to the above mentioned branch with the attached copies of bank pass-book and PPO letter on dated 27/09/2008. But no action has been taken so far.So Kindly do something in this regard so the my mother may get the correct pension as well as the arrear of the earlier pensions.

State Bank of India — HOLDING WHOLE PENSION AMOUNT

I already launch this complaint to you but no action yet to be taken from your side. I am a pensioner and taken a Personal loan from your Dattawadi Branch, Pune. In March,2009 my loan account is regular but suddenly in May,2009 it shows irregular as per your Branch Manager and Rs.15000/- deducted and credited to Loan account (Though Education loan was not disbursed fully yet that account also credited partly). The Branch Manager allow to withdraw the amount in next month saying that it is due to computer mistake (But statement shows that some manual entries has been done in the account). On August,2009 again my whole Pension has been stopped and Branch Manager said that we are helpless this deductions are done by computer directly and you will not get any amount for two months. My pension account no. is SB-[protected] and I am not able to withdraw a penny from my account and please advice me how can I survive now? Please refund my excess deductions or I have to take some legal action against your Bank for holding whole pension amount. I am very much need of money to pay the daily expenses and to meet medical expenses.

I have a pension a/c no. [protected] in SBI Nirman Bhavan , New Delhi branch. I am a defence pensioner. Cosequent to 6 CPC, CDA(Navy) has issued corrigendum PPO no. 09/97/A/S/00198/2009 dated 24 Jul 2009 to the original PPO No 09/97/A/S/00054/2008. As per the corrigndum, my pension has been revised upward. I am also to get arrears of gratuity amounting to Rs 650000/- and commutation of pension amounting to Rs. 885099/- The pension arrears works out to be approx Rs 251000/- It is regreted that bank has not paid any money till date. The total outstanding amount is approx Rs 1800000/ (Eighteen lakh) for over one and half month. My File No. is 1336. I would request bank to immediatly remit the arrears to my a/c and revise my pension.

Category of Pension : Delay of 6th pay commission arrer funds

Issue Involved : Not Received the Arrears due to Revision due to 6th Pay Commission It is more than a 8 month case From the same case , I did receive Arrears due.

These were calculated by the Pay & Accounts Office. But whatever is to be calculated by SBI ( Arears of 6th Pay Commission), the Calculations are not done, hence Arrears not Credited.
Chandni Chowk centralized office for Pension said that they are doing the work but it should be done by the concerned Bank Branch. After interacting with the Branch they have informed that since all the papers are at Chandni Chowk as received from Pay & Accounts Officer.

The cases of all those who are coming with a reference are being attended to on Priority I am not sure what is correct & do not have any correct status ,
as to why my arrears have not been worked out & when these will be paid.

So its my humble request!

Kindly inform me when the arrear will be credited.

Even Chairman, Sate Bank of India does not go in deep into the grievances of the customers. He simply forward the complaints to the concerned officer and the concern officer does not even go through the grievance and reply what is given as feedback to them by the branch.

I have retired as Additional Director, Horticulture, Department of Agriculture, Govt.of Pondicherry on 31/10/2006. My Pension Payment order number(PPO) is 18145. My 6th pay commission pension arrears--gratuity of Rs.1, 08, 106/- and commutation arrears of Rs.1, 94, 690/- has not been credited into my account in spite of the directorate of accounts and treasuries, Govt. of Pondicherry has clearly authorised the Manager, SBI, Main Branch, Pondicherry for payment vide letter no. DAT/Pen/B1/PPO18145/2008-631 dated 2/4/09.
In spite of several telephonic reminders with Karunanidhi, who is dealing with pension section, SBI, Pondicherry and Thiru. Santhanakrishnan who is dealing pension at SBI chennai, there is no response till date. Further I have sent a telegram to the Chief Manager, SBI- CPBC, Kaliamman koil street, Virugambakam, chennai with full particulars and he has failed to respond.
Mr. Karunanidhi who is dealing with pension section at pondicherry has informed that there is Rs. 32, 000/- approximately excess payment and he has advised Chennai office to deduct the excess payment and pay the remaining.
But the office at Chennai has not taken any heed till now, even though 8 months have lapsed.
I request you to kindly make the payment immediately.

Subject: Non receipt of Pension since November 2007 reg. SB A/C No.[protected], PPO No.SC/5904/82.
Sir,
I am an army pensioner retired on 31.05.1982 from 10th Garhwal Rifles and drawing my pension from Saving Bank A/C No.[protected] from 00697/SBI Dhara Road Pauri branch, Uttrakhand. I am not getting my pension since November 2007 perhaps due to non submission of live certificate due to poor health and memory. I am a Diabetic and suffering from suspected Alzheimer’s Disease since 2007. Recently I met with an accident and found my hip fractured and after the surgery of my hip, I am unable to walk freely. Presently I am getting my treatment in Delhi and staying with my son at his residence at H-2/114, 2nd Floor, Sector-16, Rohini, Delhi-110089.

The Live Certificate (attested by Gazetted officer) was sent to SBI Dhara Road Pauri (PDA) by post in July 2010. When contacted on phone, It was informed by SBI, Dhara Road Pauri branch that it will take two to three days and later on informed that my papers has been sent to Delhi office. I contacted the SBI, CPPC, Chandni Chowk Delhi on 10.11.2010 and it was informed that my pension account has been discontinued by the concerned branch and advised to submit the life certificate at the concerned branch and send the formal letter from the branch to re-continue the pension account.

I personally visited to SBI, Dhara Road Pauri branch on 22.11.2010 and submitted my life certificate, withdrawn Rs.10, 000/- from my account and submitted a letter requesting to forward the formal letter to CPPC, Chandni Chowk to re-continue may pension account. It was informed by the branch that the formal letter vide file no.1112 dated 28.10.2010 with related documents has been forwarded to Chief Manager, SBI, CPPC, 3rd Floor, Chandni Chowk on 28.10.2010.

It is requested that kindly look into the matter to re-continue my pension account at the earliest to release my pension. My details are as under:

SBI — DISCREPANCIES IN SERVICE PENSION

Sir, I was released from India Army as a Hon Lt on 31 May 98. According to rules of government on sixth central pay commission my basic service pension would have been fixed Rs. 13500/-P.M. However PDA State Bank of India, is paying me basic pension Rs. 11970/-P.M. instead of Rs. 13500/-P.M. In this concern several requests have been made to different authorities but the problems of discrepencies in service pension is still stand. PDA State bank of India, Ramnagar and CPPC Delhi is simply saying that we have not received PPO of Hon Lt. It is further submitted that after retirement from Amy I have drawn the pension of Hon Capt. However on implementation of 6th cpc how I have been reverted in lower rank.

The amount is Rs 396147.00. this amount i mentioned in PPO no. /CORR/1650523/2009 is not payed till date.so after asking about my comutation i submitted a letter on March in a branch and branch forward the letter to cppc chandni chowlk and till now no revert hes given to us so sir pls look in this matter and do the needful.

2. I am in receipt of Disability pension but DA on disability element is not being paid by your CPPC/SBI Br at Meerut.I have chekedup with counterpart officers drawing pension through SBI, CPPC, Chandigarh at Jammu, they are being paid DA on Disability, then why not by CPPC Delhi.
3. Secondlt, disabled pensioners are exempted incometax on pension but CPPC, Delhi is deducting TDS on pension income which again not deducted by CPPC, Chandigarh as per Min OF Fin letter dated 2008.
4. Kindly look into both matter and pass necessary instrutions to implement as CPPC, Chandigarh to avoid finnacialhardship to pensioner.An early reply is rquested to take up case with appropriate authority if resoved by your office.

I Dr. Ram Saroop Bishnoi, retired from Haryana Civil Medical Services as Civil Surgeon on[protected], My pension was fixed wrongly on revision on 1-1-2006 in new scale. I submitted an applicaton SBI - CPPC, Chandni Chowk DELHI, by registered post on[protected], and gave three remnders after that but till date there is no response from SBI CPPC, Delhi. My PPO No. is 128595/S- HR, SBI Pension a/c no. [protected] at neelam chowk, Faridabad branch of SBI. At the time of retirement my pay scale was[protected] and on 1-1-2006 corresponding scale was[protected] with grade payRs 8700/-. As per rule 6 of revised pension, the revise pesion can not be less than 50% of 37400+8700= 46100/2 = 23050. This is a very simple calculation that my pension on 1-1-206 should be23050 whereas the SBI authorities fixed at Rs 19071/- which is against rule6. Iam soerry that till date sbi cppc Delhi has not taken any action in this regard. I pray for an early revision of my pesion a per rules. I have written 3 reminders but no response. This is my last attempt to awake SBI CPPC Delhi, otherwiase I have take legal rute for my grievance.

As per confirmation received my Basic pay has been fixed at Rs 16090/-PM instead of Rs 16160/-PM.
As per GOI Min Of Def Dept of Ex Servicemen welfare Letter No.[protected]/D (Pension /Policy) Part ii dtd 03 Feb 16, those who are qualifying service of more than 32 Years and 5 Months, their pension should be fixed as at Rs 16160/- PM
In My Case I have got a qualifying service of 38 Years 08 Months and 04 Days, therefore my basic Pension should be fixed at rs 16160/-Pm.
Hoe you will certainly do favour by correcting this, my Counterparts have also been fixed at Rs 16160/-

ENORMOUS DELAY IN revision of my pension from QS of 28.5 yrs to full pension of 33 yrs in accordance with GOI Pn of 33 yrs in accordance with GOI om no 38/37/08-P&PW(A) dated 06 April 2016 and PCDA(P) circular no c- 149 dated 08 April 2016 issued immediately afterwards.
But the above CPPC has not revised my pension in spite of my several E-mailed requests and reminders.In response to my complaint PCDA, Allahabad sent an E-mail to the above CPPC advising the above CPPC to revise
my pension in accordance with circular no- 149 cited above (no AT/PSB-II/CPPC/UK dated 25.05 2016).But no action was taken at the CPPC end. Helplessly I approached my PDA Bank SBI, IMA Branch Dehradun on 03.8 2016 with a copy of the above E-mail who forwarded it to CPPC ch ch Delhi( along with my complaint).No action taken as yet and evegn no reply to my reminders. Today I again approached my PDA and it is sending a REMINDER. T.his shows how UNWLINGLY the above CPPC is rendering service to the SeniorCitizens.

I received a call from SBI which stated that I was selected as one of the customers who would be offered a "Rail Yatra Card". I chose to apply for the same.All information was collected by the bank and secondary checks were completed.

To my utter surprise I learnt that my application was rejected.While I do understand that the bank's policies bar them from disclosing the reasons for the rejection, As somebody who has had an impeccable credit record and has never defaulted on a single payment ever, such a rejection is baffling.

This prompts me to seek a confirmation from SBI that my application was not rejected on account of a poor credit history. I would like to emphasize here that this is the ONLY confirmation I would need and no further data on reasons for the rejection of my application is needed.

I am a saving bank a/c holder at SBI, AD Branch-6643, at Junnar, Dist Pune, Pin 410502, Saving A/c no. [protected].

Twice before this I sent a application for ATM or Debit Card facility, through Junnar Branch. I have sent this application 2 months before, but till today i haven't received a card. Every time I have got a reply that it has been posted and will be receiveing it soon. If it is so then in 2 months I should have received it. On 15th sept'09 I have send my complaints to "Venture Infotek Cloble Pvt. Ltd., CBD Belapur, New Mumbei-400614, who are supposed to send this card to me.
But till today I haven't got any reply from them too.

Please treat this matter as top priority and dispatch my card immidiatly.
Expecting meaningful reply from you.

I had submitted my application for the Visa ATM cum debit card on the 25th of July to Mr Kulkarni in the ATM department of SBI Kutchery Road branch of Allahabad, but I have not received it yet.Today, I had sent my father to him and to our surprise he told him that he had lost the application form duly filled by me and so, I need to fill up the same and the process will start again !! I have an NRE account in this branch for the last 15 years and am quite dissapointed by his behaiviour. He has not only behaved unprofessionally but also wasted my precious time.

Subject : Wrong Debit on Usage of ATM

Repected Sir,

This is shafeeq Ahmed holding valid Saving Account No. [protected] for past 3 years.

on 11.08.09 evening I tried to draw Sum of Rs. 15000/- Rupees Fifteen thousand ) from Indian Bank ATM of Ambur Branch. Unfortunately the transaction was declined with error code of 072. Whereas the amount as been debited in my account.

I LODGED THE COMPLAINT WITH BRANCH MANAGER, CUSTOMER CARE, GRIEVANCE CELL - NOBODY SEEMS TO UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE. THEY WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU BUT NO REPLY FROM THEM. SIR IT WAS MY SALARY MONEY WHICH IS GREATLY REQUIRED FOR ME.

HOPE YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THE GRAVITY OF THE SITUATION

I humbly request your goodself to quickly verfiy and make necessary arrangement to release the wrong debited amount of Rs. 15000/- back to my Saving Account as quick as possible.

However as my printer was not working I thought that I would take the printout later as the option of taking print out after 31/5/2008 was displayed below under reprint option.HOwever to my surprise it has been removed now. then i complaint on cc.they gave me a ticket no. ([protected])
then i give application to branch with ticket no.and by now i repeat this procces three times
and i got nothing yet.my last application was on 12/08/2009 .costomer care says they dont got any application from branch.
So, sir please take any action on that.

Hi, I hold a SBI credit card since last 2 or more years and since last 1 year I have serious problem regarding my credit card billing. I was making proper payments since last few years. Then 1 or 2 times I was unable to make payments due to I not being in the city, The following month I was been charged hell lot of charges and when I spoke to the bank regarding these charges they were not resdy to waive these charges. Then I stopped making the minimum due for a month and then they reversed those charges. then I again started making payments. After a few months I requested to change the billing cycle as it was in convinient for me to make paymet in the end of the month. They refused. Then again after some months there were some billing issues from my end and the banks end, but they never understood. some times I had not received the bill. I made a complaint. The collection agencies make harrasing calls and then they take the money from me. And some times they make un numerable calls and try and harres us. Then since last year I starter making timesly payments of the minimum payment due.
Since last couple of months I have lost my Job and due to which I am not in a state to make payments. Even my father was been admitted and he has been hospitalised and I already have huge hospitals / medical bills to pay and I have informed your bank about the same and still I am receiving un numerable calls regarding the payments. I have requested not to make this huge no of calls at my residence and mobile no. and the agent who make call from Gurgoan or Noida they speak ok. but still try to understand. But today and a couple of days ago there is a guy wiht name Abhay or Abhijeet who speaks RASHLY. And he has spoken to my mother very RUDELY and also even after informing about my issue STILL has no HUMANITY to speak CALMLY. He has made end no's of calls every days since last 2 weeks and is very RUDE, UN HUMAN, SARCASTIC and UNTOLERENT, there is no SENSE O[censored]NDERSTANDING at all, I have time and agin informed him that I want t make the payments but due to these un fortunate conditions unable to make payments. But the guy is very rude and says that he will keep on sending guys till I make the payments. I have informed him that currently I have no funds that I could make this payments, STILL there is not change in the KIND OF BEHAVIOUR of that UN HUMUROUS PERSON. My mother had cried in front of that GUY still He was making FUN OF MY MOTHER. And says" CHADDAR DEKHKAR PEER PHELANE CHAHIYE" " WHY DOES YOUR BANK SEND THESE CARDS TO CUSTOMERS IN EVERY PERSONS LIFE THERE IS A GOOD AND A BAD DAY WHY DO YOULL SELL THESE LIABLITIES WHEN YOU SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT SOME TIMES THERE MAY BE SITUATIONS WHERE A PERSON MAY HAVE SOME GENUINE ISSUESS.

MY CARD WAS BLOCKED A YEAR AGO AND I CANT EVEN MAKE A BALANCE TRANSFER AS THE CARD WAS BLOCKED. AND NO RENEWAL WAS DONE. HENCE I DONT KNOW WHAT HAS TO BE DONE. I HAVE REQUESTED THEM TO ACTIVATE THE CARD SO i COULD HAVE GOT THE COMPLETE OUTSTANDING CLEARED. BUT THEY NEVER AGREED. THAT TIME MY OUTSTANDING WAS JUST " 5600/- " AND NOT IT HAS REACHED 14, 000/ JUST TELL ME WHAT HAS TO BE DONE. THERE ARE ALMOST HALF THE CHARGES WHICH ARE JUST ADDED AS LATE PAYMENT. AND INMUMERABLE INTEREST.

I WOULD " SUGGEST " INSTEAD OF " REQUEST " TO CHANGE SOME POLICIES OF THE BANK AND DO NOT HARRESS PEOPLE LIKE THIS OR THERE WLL BE A DAY WHEN YOU WILL HAVE " 0 CUSTOMERS " AND " 0 EARNINGS" YOUR STAKE WILL BE "0". I WOULD NOT LIKE TO SEE THAT DAY . . . . . . I HOPE SOME CHANGES FRM THESE BANKS POLICIES.

I AM SORRY TO TAKE YOUR TIME AND ALSO WILL MAKE THE PAYMENTS AS SOON AS I GET A JOB. I WOULD NEVER KEEP ANY BANKS CREDIT CARD.

SBI Credit Card — Sending wrong statements and harrasing on phone.

Halo,
i am a SBI card customer and i used the credit card only once for taking 10, 000 Rupees cash. The next day itself call started coming.
and i was paying the interest as they asked and statement also was coming correctly. Within a month i have paid the 10000 rupees as two instalments each5000 rupees cheque of SBT Pappanamcode.
After closing the account also they were keep calling for money. Iwas arguing with them.Finally one lady(name not remember)told to pay Rs.180 to become Zero balance. I agreed with her.One Man came to my office and collected the cheque.Till two months no harrasment on phone.But after that wrong statement started coming and on phone also one lady name kavitha keeps calling andshe told to pay nearly 4000 rupees. I have not used the credit card after that and also i sent a hand written request letter saying that to cancel the card.Kindly note this point and take necessary action .

My dad was a Retd Officer in Indian Air Force and passed away on 28 nov 2008. He was holding pension accnt no : [protected] in SBI, Singanallur, Coimbatore.

Its been almost 10months now and though all documents have been given, the pension has not been activated on my Mom pension accnt : [protected].

It is really shame on CPCC parts to trouble aged citizens and failure on SBI to take necessary action to expedite the process.

Such organization like CPCC must be closed and banned from future operations on such grounds.

Few month back we have opened our company salary A/c at SBI Bank Sec-22, Chandigarh, Now we are in the process of closing of Our salary a/c from there as they not fulfill their commitment and their services are very poor.At the time of Opening of A/c SBI Executives lost some employees forms, when their accounts opened their Net banking not working near about one month, Some candidate got ATM kit and Cheque Book with Wrong name,

At the Time of closing One SBi Executive told us that we need to submit Closing form only when we reach at bank to close accounts then they said that we need also submit and Cheque book, passbook, Atm, When we complete all these then they said that they charged 150 rs for each a/c for closing . I think bank executive at this branch are confused at they have not aware about their banking policy .

My question is Can we hope some Improvement and Change ?

I have deposited two cheques on 02/07/09, Ch. No. 327334 and 520903 which was issued by the Govt Deptt. (Circle officer Chhatapur A/c No. [protected]) but till date the amount has not been credited in my account. I live far away from there and it is not possible to visit to enquire the status.
And also some correspondance delay happened with me in the year 2005 then I went to branch and solved my probelm.

My name is Harish W. Koranne. I am a regular customer of SBI.I have taken an education loan of ammount Rs.2, 92, 000, from SBI in 2003 and repaying EMI on regular basis without any single miss.
Now I am left with approx Rs.80, 000 to repay back which I will pay as per schedule.
In addition to this, I got an appreciation from SBI for my on time payment and also they are giving me a discount of 1% on my interest as per my discussion with them.

Now after all this background, last saturday i.e. on 22 august 09, I have got calls from bank for loan payments and also it is told to me that I have not paid my EMI for last 4 months.
In addition to this, Bank has said people to my home in Amravati for loan recovery which is very disturbing for my parents. My parents imediately rushed to Amravati from Pune to solve this mis understanding and went to bank but they have been given very ill and bad treatment by SBI Bank Manager ( Mr. Borkar) due to which they have been disturbing,
My parents are old, due to this episode they are very much disturbed and shocked.

I want to protest this ill treatment from Bank and want to restore comfort of my parent and me .

I need helping hand from Consumer court on this issue. I hope you will extend the same to me and give me justice.

I went to Maraimalai Nagar Branch Indian Bank to collect the ATM Card. The Manager Mr. Selvaraj, Manager behaves very bad. He don't know how to behave to the Bank Customers. The way of talking is nonsense. I don't know why this type of man are appointing to this post. I kindly request please take necessary action. Keep enquiry to that person.

He must talk politely to the customers.

but they don't do and always says to open new account but i have done ECS in LICI with my account. so requeted you see as possible if you understand my matter

SBI Credit Card — UNAUTHORISED CHARGES...

My name is Ajeet Apte and my card no. is [protected]. I made two purchases of 80,000 and 82,000 respectively. Against that i recieved statement for 163000. I handed over a cheque of rs. 163000 to executive with a query of Rs. 1000. I said if the query is not solved I will bounce the cheque. No explanation was given by the exec. and the the cheque was deposited without intimation. The result of which the cheque was bounced. Another exec. came with the same request and this time I passed the cheque of rs. 163000. Till date no explanation is given of Rs. 1000. To add salt to my injury some guys from recovery dept. used bad words in front of my wife and forcibly took rs. 2100 in my absence. I don't know what kind of charges they apply. Please look into the matter and I expect to recieve my 3100 as well as rs. 5000 cash back in the scheme i m eligible for.

I have bank account in SBI hatta(01689) - Utter pradesh in Kushinager Distrct. I have applied for Internet Banking user ID and password which i got from the bank and told me that the same will get activated within 48 hours. But now its been more then 15 days but still i unable to login and getting Error message "Invalid user Id /Password " inspite of given the correct details.i tried each & every option to get this rectify after calling to Customer care and even local branch office but no one is helping me to get this rectify . and telling me to contact local head office number which is not connecting.
Now i being told from branch manager to open a new account to get the new Kit or internet user Id and password which is not right and not acceptable and the staff in that bank is not even bother to resolving this issue. can some one please help me to recity this problem.

With due respect I want to state that I have lost my SBI Credit Card [protected] during the journey between Jodhpur to Delhi sarai rohilla. For this theft I have communicated an E-mail on 05 Aug 2009 at 9.51( Annexure 1 ) AM requesting to deactivate my SBI credit card simultaneously I have received a system generated response to acknowledge the receipt of email on 5 Aug 09 at 10 AM.(ANNEXURE -2)

I have also received an E-mail on 6 aug 09 at 15.45 PM ( Annexure 3 ) informing me that I have an outstanding amount Rs. 982.23 to be paid and my card had been deactivated. But after seeing my credit card statement on Internet I was socked that an outstanding amount of Rs. 14, 182.23 is being displayed.
It is a great matter of concern that if my card was deactivated and an amount of Rs. 982.23 was there at the time of deactivation how this amount have raised up.

I am sorry to inform you that I am responsible only for Rs. 982.23 and myself is not responsible for other payments, which I have not made. You may verify the amount at the seeing my signature and any other proofs required. In this context RBI has issued new instruction regarding credit card purchase/user firm should check photo identity proof, signature of cardholder etc.

Therefore you are requested to kindly delete the amount except Rs. 982.23 from my statement.

My wife Nirmala Devi was a Haryana Govt. pensioner vide PPO No.117435-S/HR dated 20.1.2004.She died on 12.11.2007 & I deposited original copy of PPO of my wife along with other documents in SBI Bhiwani(Haryana) branch for conversion into Family pension in my name.The case was sent to SBI(CPPC) Chandigarh on 14.6.2008 vide letter No. SL / PEN /2008 /2651.I am in contact with Mr.A.P.Sharma (pension official) in SBI Bhiwani since June 2008 for retrieving my original PPO copy back but till date I have not received my vital document PPO.I have visited Mr.A.P.Sharma in SBI 16 times during last 14 months &every time he would ask me to come on later date as he was busy & would retrieve it next time.Now he says the PPO copy has been lost by the bank & HAS ASKED ME TO GET A DUPLICATE COPY FROM TREASURY OFFICE OF MY OWN BY PAYING A BRIBE OF RS.500.00.He & SBI BHIWANI have betrayed, misguided, befooled & harassed me in last 14 months. Would the higher officials in SBI intervene & do justice to me before I decide to fight for my civil & consumer rights.I am a responsible citizen & professional Pathologist (MBBS., MD., DNB.) in Bhiwani since 1992.& banking with SBI since 1977.

I have similar experience with SBI. I am a retiree of 2000 from CSIR and had my pension account in SBI Millerganj, Ludhiana. I had asked for transfer of my pension account from Ludhiana to Meerut cantt in April 2009. After 6 months of requests, finally they trasferred my account in first week of October 2009. I was told by SBI Miilerganj that they sent the account documents including my PPO, and nomination papers to SBI Meerut Cantt on Oct 6, 2009 by registered mail. However, SBI Meerut denies having recieved any such papers. Bottomline is that the SBI Millerganj, the custodian of my pension papers have lost my pension papers.
Now SBI Meerut would not credit pension in my account in the absence of these papers. I am at a loss as to what I should do.
Harassment is the second name of SBI pension department. It appears to me only disgruntled employees and those on punishment are assigned to pension desk. They are careless, callous, cruel and corrupt.

4. Kindly direct to my PDA and info to me what is actual pension as on date without commutation.
5. You are requested to direct my PDA to pay me One Rank One Pension Benefits. (if above pension is incorrect)
