[Resolved]  S.b.i Credit Card — bad service and lack of miss communication with customer.

I HAVE VERY BAD EXPRIENCE WITH S.B.I CARD WE ARE A GOOD CUSTOMER WITH S.B.I CARD .MY CARD NUMBER [protected] .SIR I HAVE PAID ALL MY OUT STANDING DATE 12/12/2007 CHEQUE NO 181371 AMOUNT 4900 AND DATE[protected] CHEQUE NO 181372 AMOUNT 4900 .I REQUEST TO CUSTOMER CARE THAT PLEASE CLOSED MY A/C AND I HAVE RECEIVED MASSAGE FROM SBI CARD DATE[protected] THAT DEAR CUSTOMER AS PER YOUR REQUEST WE HAVE CLOSED YOU SBI CARD .THAT MASSAGE I HAVE SAVE MY MOBILE PHONE TILL NOW.HOW IS IT POSSIBLE AFTER THEY SENDING PENDING BILL (AMOUNT RS 650).SIR AFTER THAT I TALK TO CUSTOMER THEY SAID AMOUNT IS PENDING RS 135 AND YOUR INSURRANCE CHARGES IS DUE ON JAN 2008 AND LATE FEES IS DUE SO TOTAL AMOUNT IS DUE RS 650 .CAN YOU SAY ME FIRST I CLOSED MY CARD HOW IS IT POSSIBLE YOU CAN CHARGE INSURRANCE CHARGES 2ND I CANT RECEIVED ANY SATEMENT OR ANY MASSAGE FROM S.B.I. CARD FROM YOU SIDE ON JAN2008.3RD IF ANY OUT STANDING IN MY CARD YOU SHOULD GIVE NOTICE THAT OUR AMOUT IS DUE PLEASE PAY OTHER WISE WE CAN CHARGE THIS AMOUNTAND WE CANT CLOSED YOUR A/C. THERE IS LACK OF MISS COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMER AND BANK. SIR PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER DO ME FEVOUR AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.OTHER WISE I AM SENDING A LETTER THROUGH COURT. PLEASE IMPROVE YOU SERVICE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE . REGARDS SUDARSHIO CAHTTERJEE.

SBI Credit Card — BAD SERVICE

I HAD APPLIED FOR S B I CREDIT CARD . BEFORE FEW MONTHS . ALL VERIFICATION WERE COMPLETED . AFTER FEW DAYS I HAD NOT RECEIVED CARD BUT RECEIVED MONTHELY STATEMENT . NAME SPELL MISTAKE IS ALSO THEIR , WHICH IS NOT ACCEPTED FROM BANK . NOW I HAD CANCELLED MY CARD WHICH I HAD NOT GOT BUT STILL GETTING CALL FROM THEIR SIDE TO CLEAR DUE. SO KINDLY GUIDE ME. AS I AM NOT HAVING CARD THEN HOW CAN I ENTER IN ATM
dear inspite of yours best servises i find difficlt in even getting atm card at your jamnre branch, maharashtra, on salary pay account, and also denied for check services, sunanda c zambre, pl assist your staff to help me
