    Sir,
    I have applied for Simply Click SBI Credit Card for online shipping from amazon, Flipkart etc. website. But we have received Etihad Guest SBI Card. Tell me, how this card give me benefit. I had complained SBI customer care and found complained number[protected]. I have also request vide reference number[protected] to Nodal Officer, SBI credit Card to solve this problem. today I got a call by Bindu Bala, Customer Service Head Team – SBI Card. She emailed me that in application form I have applied for Etihad Card. Which statement is false and baseless. Why I applied for Etihad Card. Employee, who approve my SBI card is mad and who simply understand that I am eligible for Etihad card, then he/she approved me Etihad card. He/she rejected my request and done as his/her desire. Therefore, I am very dis-appointed with this type of behavior of SBI authority. I never suggest to my friend and colleague to use SBI Credit card.

    I want to request to block my Etihad Card immediately. I don't want to any SBI credit card. Your service is painful.

    After applying I have got message, which is enclosed herewith.

      I am a FBB SBI Credit card Holder of your SBI credit card Department. Vide FBB Credit Card No. - [protected], Valid 03/23., Name- GOPINATH SWAIN.
      as on today i came to Know some outstanding on me i.e Rs.5404/-. But this is Surprise for me, as without any Transaction or buying any product, this debit burden on me. first of all ur Sales Representative not clarify for monthly Card Charges without any Transactions. So Request Sir, Please i am unable to Pay this amount, as i am not doing any Transaction against your credit Card for an amount of Rs.5404/-. Kindly do the needful Urgently. so that outstanding will Nill and also Block this Card . This is not Required for me.

        MY COMPLAINT STILL PENDING THEY ARE NOT RESOLVING Dear Sir/Madam, I am Vinod Kumar Bhardwaj s/o Lokesh Kumar Bhardwaj, residence of D/104 DDA Flat Pocket 3 Bindapur New Delhi 110059. I had a credit card of S.B.I Bank. Credit Card No. is- [protected]. This Card was against on my fixed Deposit (FD). My FD No. is-[protected], the FD is book on my S.B.I Bank A/C. My S.B.I bank A/C No. is [protected]. Total FD amount is 1, 90, 000.00 and credit card limit is 1, 70, 000.00. Now my card is closed and I have made all due payment to the bank now my card is closed and no due amount in my card. but the SBI CARD did not release my FD and still lean on my FD. FD issue date is[protected] and FD maturity date is[protected].sir I am trying to break my FD since last 2 year. I Got a Mail SBI CARD Customer Service Desk And Nodal Officers Also They Said That We Are Enable to Remove Line On Your Fixed Deposit, What is the Reason why SBI card team not remove lien on my fixed Deposit. This Is MY Fixed Deposit, My Account, And My Money And SBI card officers told me that we are enable to remove line on your deposit, that's the way of work SBI CARD . SBI card team harassing to me, i am not using SBI card service last 2 years. my card all dues are clear, I need my money back, i am facing some financial problems but SBI CARD team not able to remove line on my fixed deposit . Can You Tell Me What to do now, I have sent many mails to SBI CARD team but They are not resolving my problem. i requested to you please take necessary action against SBI CARD team and resolve my problem.         The complete information was not given about the cpp plan by cpp customer service and the amount 2049 rs were debited from the account, while neither using cpp plan nor activating credit card and when the plan was cancel, only half the amount refunded. I want my full money refund.

          SBI Credit Card — REGARDING SETTLEMENT OF CREDIT CARD

          A/c setteled by ur exective but NOW they are saying that my settlement is Null an void.

          Dear Sir
          My self Harmeet singh and me credit card a/c number is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-3643 .Mr. jatin setteled my a/c in rs 15000 and i gave the chq of rs 3263+3263_3263+3263+1948 in June 07 and all the cheques got cleared from my bank But Rs 3263 was not presented by them on time so there was this amt pending in my account. in nov there representative from noida (Mr. Shahnawaz) called me and said that Rs 1900 is pending on my account as your cheque has not cleared and if you pay this amount i will be sending you the full and final settlement letter( EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY HAD A SETTLEMENT LETTER). and then inj march i again received the call that out of 3263 Rs 1900 or so they have received i[censored] deposit rest 1400 we will settle the account. but now they have started getting into my veins .
          they start up calling early in the morning they are now intruding into my privacy.
          i ahve already lodged a complaint bearing number[protected]
          but of no use.

          and even to top up the cake the call center (noida from i receive the calls) are so harsh in there conversation. they are not even ready to listen to the customers problem.

          please look into the matter and revert back.

            This is to inform you that I have a S.B.I Credit card no([protected]).My Card hasbeen inactive last five years.S.B.I Credit Card department had issued a letter that my card will reopen with a limit of 25000 if I give the payment of Rs12850 dated on24 .11.06.I met the payment of RS10000 against Rs 12850 dated on 26.11.06.Then I had paid RS13000 against their demand dated on 14.02.08.My card has not reactivated till today though I met the demand.I also came to know my name is in cibil list as S.B.I CARD defaulter.At present I have paid 32000 rupees and above.
            I request you will look into the matter and take proper step in this regard.

              Dear Sir,
              I am holder of sbi credit card no [protected].
              May i inform you that inspite of me requesting to depoist my credit card payment in sbi bank at rajouri garden, the tele executive refrains me by doing so saying that the payment does not reach in time and i would be charged late fee.I make a cheque for my payment and the executive collects it from my home.but three days back i was surprised to see my statement, as i find late charges as well as pick up charges being chrged to me on my credit card.my question is when the cheque has been picked from my residence before time and if the D.S.A is not depoisting it why should i be charged late fee.My request is to look into the matter and reverse the late payment charges charged to me.Secondly why it has not been told to me that rupees fifty five will be charged to me as courier charges every time for picking up the cheque from my residence, when i can depoist the cheque at the nearest bank to my house.so those pick up charges charged to my credit card ayment be also reversed at the earliest.Thirdly but not the least the payment for the month of may, i was told by an executive that the cheque will be collected from my home, but today being the third day the cheque has not being collected and it is lying at my home.I spoke to one Mr Daljeet [Telecaller] telephone no[protected] today afternoon at 2.30.p.m i.e.on 15th may 2008 and i asked him who will pay the late fee on which i hv been told that i am sorry, the pick up guy got ill and the cheque could not be collected.may i ask that is there only one guy to pick up the cheque.the final answer i got was that i can speak to any one i wish to but none of my querries got any answers.therefore my request is that i cannot be penalised for the wrong being done by the executive of your D.S.A.
              Therefore the amount of Rs 1261/- being charged to my credit card SHALL BE REVERESED BACK AT THE EARLIEST TO MY ACCOUNT and be informed to me by mail or on my mobile[[protected]].

                I HAVE VERY BAD EXPRIENCE WITH S.B.I CARD WE ARE A GOOD CUSTOMER WITH S.B.I CARD .MY CARD NUMBER [protected] .SIR I HAVE PAID ALL MY OUT STANDING DATE 12/12/2007 CHEQUE NO 181371 AMOUNT 4900 AND DATE[protected] CHEQUE NO 181372 AMOUNT 4900 .I REQUEST TO CUSTOMER CARE THAT PLEASE CLOSED MY A/C AND I HAVE RECEIVED MASSAGE FROM SBI CARD DATE[protected] THAT DEAR CUSTOMER AS PER YOUR REQUEST WE HAVE CLOSED YOU SBI CARD .THAT MASSAGE I HAVE SAVE MY MOBILE PHONE TILL NOW.HOW IS IT POSSIBLE AFTER THEY SENDING PENDING BILL (AMOUNT RS 650).SIR AFTER THAT I TALK TO CUSTOMER THEY SAID AMOUNT IS PENDING RS 135 AND YOUR INSURRANCE CHARGES IS DUE ON JAN 2008 AND LATE FEES IS DUE SO TOTAL AMOUNT IS DUE RS 650 .CAN YOU SAY ME FIRST I CLOSED MY CARD HOW IS IT POSSIBLE YOU CAN CHARGE INSURRANCE CHARGES 2ND I CANT RECEIVED ANY SATEMENT OR ANY MASSAGE FROM S.B.I.                 SBI Credit Card — BAD SERVICE

                I HAD APPLIED FOR S B I CREDIT CARD . BEFORE FEW MONTHS . ALL VERIFICATION WERE COMPLETED . AFTER FEW DAYS I HAD NOT RECEIVED CARD BUT RECEIVED MONTHELY STATEMENT . NAME SPELL MISTAKE IS ALSO THEIR , WHICH IS NOT ACCEPTED FROM BANK . NOW I HAD CANCELLED MY CARD WHICH I HAD NOT GOT BUT STILL GETTING CALL FROM THEIR SIDE TO CLEAR DUE. SO KINDLY GUIDE ME. AS I AM NOT HAVING CARD THEN HOW CAN I ENTER IN ATM
