SBI Life Insurance — complaint unattended | |
i have signed up a life insurance for my mother on 3/10/2009,sbi LI declined it for medical conditions and till date 31/12/2009 not refunded it back. when ever i make a complaint they just ignore or just dont care its combined with very poor customer service and lack of resposibility towards a customer. All these resons like its been delevired through speed post are irelavant,calling the speed post they have no data where shall a customer get justice!!!! Was this information helpful? | |
