Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that, I am Mr. Ashwini kumar mohanty having SBI Saving Account no.[protected], lesiw Road branch,Bhubaneswar an amount of Rs. 559/- debiting from my account as premium of SBI Life without any information to me.I also do not know about the Insurance policy & nor get any bond from the SBI LIFE. I, Shivaji Kashiram Raut having SBI A/C no [protected] in Akola(MS), from my acccount for SBI life Swadhan Rs, 3643 deducted 6 times from Dt.1/09/2007 to 5/10/2010.I enquired in branch several times but i till not get polycy papers.I have faced similar experince at the time of home loan attached SBI insurance.
